I was very happy at first until the 21st of April when the woman in charge told me I can wait or leave. I can't beg someone to take my money. I wanted to support them but now I am done
I just want to thank Annette from Chas everitt for giving a good service. After we had a bad experience from Harcourts she showed us that every one is not the same. We will use Chas everitt again in the future.
So far they have been a good company and doing good work. Thank you for doing a good job

I am sorry for the staff I said and I apologize. I did not want any trouble. I just wanted to know what's going on. I did delete it, but I just feel they could have send us the proof before they take the money. The way they did it is not right. It could have been avoided if they just give us all the proof from the start.
I like how fast they responded to my question/problem. I waited less than 1 min.
