I have been struggling a while now with these ********s with paying for line speeds I never get. But today they went to far. I have been struggling all day for reconnnection. I paid them this morning yet after multiple tickets and a calls to them we still cant work and loosing money. They said they CAN SEE THE PAYMENT and will escalate the matter yet still nothing at 17.49. They took my money and ran.. I am sick of these bull****ters
As of writing this review I have still not received my 2x monitors I bought from them and PAID them for. I have received zero feedback or reason why the stuff i paid for is not supp****. I sent my courier to them, they waited an hour. First they was told that the money did not clear... but it was 48 hour later!!??? Then they changed there tune and said they cannot walk to the shelve ad pick the 2 monitors because they are to busy. I will now open a case at the ombudsman to report these lazy lying ****mers
Woke up this morning with NO INTERNET. DSL Light off. Called but was holding on forever like always Sent two call back's without reply. Entered CHAT. "You are currently being assisted by Nomachule Vaaltyn" Gave all details Told this "agent" the DSL light is off. Agent tells me my line, for some reason unknown to this "agent" was cancelled??? I must call sales. When I ask why this would happen "agent Vaaltyn" said they dont know I must call sales? I said he must hold while I am on line with sales but Vaaltyn cuts the chat off. Phone sales - They say Vaaltyn dont know what he/she is talking about because all lines are active. I ask then why is DSL light off.. They dont know? Must phone services.. Go back to chat.. my luck I get the same very poor "agent" Vaaltyn In 5 minutes Vaaltyn forget who I was.. so I give all my details again. Ask why Vaaltyn lid to me about line cancellation? No response?? No suddenly there is no fault and off cource the normal telkom procedure that it must be the clients fault. Telkom is always in denial Ask for technician to come out, the will charge me R300+ Then I ask Vaaltyn for his/her managers number and details VAALTYN CUTS THE CHAT OFF THEN AND THEIR? Nomachule Vaaltyn is a perfect example of why Telkom is the most useless of all companies on earth. An example of what You get when a company have all the monopoly with no opposition to compete against. I am cancelling today.. When there "Tech" comes he will leave with a modem and line in his trunk.
Poor Service with no answers It is now a week that my adsl line is down. Telkom cannot provide any reason or feedback. They call it a "Batch Fault" in the area and "a technician will phone me" BUT THEY NEVER PHONE ME!!! A week with no internet I can live with, But I am paying for a none existing service that nobody in this place can give me an answer to? I will be removing this line and replacing it with n alternative. I truly recommend that everyone stay away from these people. They cant even do ADSL right but want to sell Fibre to us?
