On 03.09.2020 at 09:02 we stand infront by the desk waiting for someone to help us. At the corner at the one table is about 7 workers / waitresses sitting at a 4 seater table (not really practising social distancing) at the table next to them is another waiter. As we stand there waiting for assistance the workers sit there talking and laughing at us we stand there awkwardly for another minute and a manager comes and says sorry but we have a meeting and will open at 9:30. Uhm okay why did we stand there for 3 to 4 minutes and someone only comes to tell this now? And why did you not have your meeting earlier. I will go and give my money to migg and bean then becaise apparently spur has a lot and couldnt be bothered.
I moved from insurance companies and first for woman installs netstar in your vehicle which is included in the premium or what ever. Long story short the insurance was handled of on the 27th of February and was directly arranged with netstar to install the units in both my car and my husbands car. After a struggle i could manage to get Netstar middelburg to install the unit in my husbands car and when i asked when mine can be done i was told no we only do installations once a week *** are you doing the rest of the time so much so that you cant even give me a date for my vehicle to have the unit installed. When im lying almost dead next to the street are you gonna say we only have emergency numbers available once a week?? This is VERY VERY poor service from netstar Middelburg. But this is what can be expected we all want the money hut mo one wants to do the actual damn wor****!!!!!
I have been completely struggeling to get a hold of the guys to give me an answer on where my clutch is!! delivered on Monday to converd into a button clutch the guy there would have called me back this morning and now i have been struggling after numerous atempts at phoning. it is a simple answer did the clutch arive or when is the estimated ariving time?? this clutch would have been back on Thursday!!!!!! this is the most terrible service i have gotten! just call your freaken clients and tell them if there is a problem. if it is taking longer than expected!!!!! really not that difficult!!!! (witbank branch)
