Absolutely poor service from Ferrcbrake in Estcourt. My Vehicle went in on a Wednesday to have a repair done, I got my vehicle back to find that what I had asked for was not done but even worse than what I sent it in. I phoned them and they informed me that they would come out the next morning. The came out the next morning and informed me that they need to take the vehicle back to the workshop. My vehicle then was at Ferrobrake for a week and they kept telling me that they could not find the spares. I insisted that they put my vehicle back together. I waited for them to put all the parts back to find the my battery was flat. The mechanic said that it was because it was standing! I paid the account which was a total Rip off!!!! I tried to contact the owner (Andrew) on numerous occasions and he refused to answer my calls or even return my calls. I had constant trouble with my battery to find that the battery that was in my car was NOT my battery. We contacted the manager and he got hold of Andrew and Andrew said that we must open a case and we will see what will happen. They have No Cameras (as we asked for camera footage) This company is a total Rip off and dishonest!!!!! People watch your batteries when you go there and make sure you get a quote first and that the parts that they are quoting you for is needed.!!!! I will never recommend this company and will never go back.

I have literally sat here for almost 5 hours now. I came to change front Shock absorbers only. I do not know what is happening here people who came after me have been assisted while my car is just left thère unnattended. I would never recommend this nonsense place to anyone

I have been completely struggeling to get a hold of the guys to give me an answer on where my clutch is!! delivered on Monday to converd into a button clutch the guy there would have called me back this morning and now i have been struggling after numerous atempts at phoning. it is a simple answer did the clutch arive or when is the estimated ariving time?? this clutch would have been back on Thursday!!!!!! this is the most terrible service i have gotten! just call your freaken clients and tell them if there is a problem. if it is taking longer than expected!!!!! really not that difficult!!!! (witbank branch)

Ferobrake fitted parts wrong way round leading to absolutely no handbrake action. Then they placed spacers in diferent places to compensate. When i went to complain the manager went to the workshop and called the technician who worked on my car. When i told him (in the absence of the manager who for sum reason did NOT come back with the technician ) what he did he said its only my handbrake and its not important. He than just turned around and walked back into the workshop. The manager then came back and when i told him his technician has an extremely bad attitude towards customers (with which the reception lady agreed as she heard and saw everything) he just shrugged it off and said he will give him a talk. I will NEVER let them touch any vehicle of mine as i do deem the brakes on my vehicle rather important... I paid top labour rates and in the end i had to fix the brakes myself. They admitted guilt and still made NO effort to either reimburse me for the labour or even a descent apology.

(note the cheaper invoice was first) anyway i called the store and spoke with the sales person involved and the bookeeper and the manager who claims it was finger trouble to the tune of R2000.00 and they dont want to refund. </p>
