Chris the plumber did do a propre job, but they had a hick up with invoicing us, far too much. If we would not have complaint, we would have ended up paying double! At least they send us a fair counted invoice.

Roofing
If you ever have to reroof your house, be warned about Ultra Pro Roofing. We had to reroof our house in Claremont. We had 2 quotes and because of there. representation and price we choose Ultra Pro Roofing. This was the biggest mistake. They started the job 2 weeks later as promised. It started off with further delay. Excuses were made because asbestos removal company and AIA was also involved. It all got delayed because it was not organized after we accepted the quote and paid the requested deposit on the same day. Every morning they arrived late. The side manager was often not on side and every Wednesday he was gone for meetings. The worst happened after a part of the roof was uncovered and not secured propre with rain protection. The result was pouring rain into the house, damaging ceilings, wooden floors, furniture, cupboards, it was the ultimate nightmare which one can experience. The whole night we tried to prevent with buckets, collecting the rainwater, more damage to the house. Reroofing at least got on the way but deposited corrugated metal sheets on the property got blown around at night in the wind and damaged Neighbours electric fence. At least 3 times parts *****s or tools had to be collected on Neighbours property. Everyday there have been problems to be solved. I ended up after a few weeks with a nerve breakdown. It did not stop there. The roof got finished weeks later. The first windy night blew some facial boards off. Smashing and making noise the whole weekend. At least some got ********** and damaged the other Neighbours electric fence. IT is an endless story the wooden floors are still in progress to be done. It makes it worse because it is a guesthouse forced us to close it longer than expected and loosing 10 thousands of rand. The Job supposed to start on the 27. February now we have mid-June, and the guesthouse must still be closed the floor are not done yet. The recommendation for the flooring Guy from Ultra Pro Roofing is a disaster too. One thing the job was challenging, and they at least did fix the damage caused at their expenses. But all this could have been prevented if the Job would have been done professional from the start. Consider carefully if you have to reroof your property. Freddy

friendly guys efficient job done and reasonable priced. Task was to disconnect the solar geyser from the panels and connect back to working condition without the panels. reason we are re roofing the house. thanks guys freddy Clarence House

driving tests in CBD Cape Town
Ramaphosa wanted to wipe out corruption, he promised! Driving testing center at the Traffic Department in Cape Town CBD seems to be very corrupt!! You only pass the driving test, even with small mistake when you pribe the instructor which is testing you!! How can this be!!??? The pribe is not only a few bux it can go up to 3500 Rand. Does ever someone stop this organised corruption in this department? This is not right, what they are doing?!!

Techno Group Compliance Company Greystone Trading Durbanville This guys are ok so far but they rip you off money wise, we had an inspector today (water and sanitation Cape Town) to check what they have done, so far so good but definitely overpriced and installed a valve which would not have been necessary. This Company is defiantly taking advantage of homeowners which are rely on a compliance certificate and take real money out of your heard earned salary. It is a rip off!!!

Schmidhauser Electrical&Plumbing
schmidhauser had to fix 2 geysers in compliant manor at Clarence House in Claremont. The plumbing work and electrical work was done very professional. However they came a bit late. One complaint i have to mention the invoicing was totally mixed up (2 invoices for the same job). Another ding is the invoices do not state details for used materials with costs. Just one amount. So one can not rely have an overview the material used with costs. We believe this is not very serious done. After several times via e-mail and phone calls they did correct the mistake and finally we got the right invoice and paid the rest owned.

Dr De La Harpe if you need a nice very helpful friendly and understanding Dr. which y lives what his profession promises to be there for humans who need help he does it. I helped a street kid as much as i could when he needs medical attention and Dr. De La Harpe always is giving a helping hand. Rates are reasonable and sometimes he understand the situation and gives a helping hand. A trough hero!!

Friendly efficient professional. every day in time. did a good and safe job in on room waterproofing walls with injections, cleaned up nicely, not the cheapest but it is word it. Recommended and we will use them definitely again.
