Overflowing sewage drain
We keep on reporting the same problem of our sewage drain over flowing these baby and elderly lady the smell is unbearable and running on the property . At the current moment they say we have to wait a few days are they going to pay the doc bills for the sickness. This is really not on city of Capetown how about using the standby ppl

Bonitas is a .... medical aid
Im really not impressed with bonitas boncap . I was diagnosed with being chronic but one of my meds was rejected because it not life treating med but the med was script to me because the meds is to strong that im using so that was given to prevent me getting any tummy problems. Really a **** medical aid won't recommend nobody to get bonnitas you pay so much money but when you sick they can't cover very very upset so person must first get sick instead of it being perverted

Rude and service rotten
No star for them they are lairs and drivers are very rude . I received a parcel from them the driver had such a bad attitude. I explained that I can't print at work because there was a problem with the printers but i was willing to send it via email the driver never wanted to understand and told me in a very harsh way then he won't deliver the parcel I in return told him it's okay he can take it back. When tracking the status said I refused the parcel. All lairs from the driver. Tryed emailing them and phoning even whatsapp but all have different stories. Received a message today that parcel was returned to sender without even trying or contacting me . Really **** service and worse courier company I ever experienced. Please people don't use this company

Very bad customer service
I ordered from temu and buffalo was surpose to deliver. I received a call from the driver on the 27 th march 2024 at about 09:30 that i must meet him at the mall at 11:00why at the mall when i was asked for a delivery address . I told him im at work but i have asked my neighbor to take the parcel he never got incontact with me again . When i checked my tracking status it says attempted delivery wish is not true and parcel returned to despatch . I phoned but the lady on the phone was so rude and she sounded like she really did not want to help me and just brushed me off with a story . Really disappointed in this whole thing and because of them temu is going to loose alot of business. Its not like i never waited my time for parcel to come now i must listen to broken stories im so tired of hearing a agent will get back to you and they never do but its also no use you phone and get a agent that does not want to help

Pathetic service
My unit in my car was faulty I phoned car track I noticed on my app that my cars ignition and car is at a spot where I have never been for the past two days . They gave me a run around and stories about fixing it there excuse was these no technician to come fix it but there is always one when there have to install a new one . I finally got them to come fix after one week . They then put a life maintenance thing on my account with out me knowing . They don't want to refund my money . They really don't practice what they say they going to do neither do they say when installing it that you will have to pay when the unit is faulty and not ur fault in breaking . There after customer service is pathetic and they just in it fir the money

Bonitas must fall
I was operated on the 19 0ctober 2021 and found out the orthopaedic specialist i was using was not on boncap panel. I have been struggling since february this year for a orthopaedic specialist all of the ones on the panel dont do the whole leg . My leg not healing and im sitting with out any help . Been in contact with bonitas and they just not willing to help. We pay so much and this medical aid is only there for the money not for there clients so sick and tired of the endless problem with this medical aid and all they say is change ur plan everything so expencesive how in heavens name can we still go on a higher plan i faill to understand and im sitting with pain and no help from them

Bonitas useless medical with no back bone
Hi i wrote a review on the 24 november2021 and have been made empty promise about the fact that they will pay for my physo that im paying cash now . Today i must sit with out a specialist that operated me in october 2021 for some reason they only tell me now he dont fall under bonitas . I have been under this doctor for the past 6 months . The reply i got from them is go look for another specialist that falls under bonitas how the hell do i go to another specialist that has no clue on whats happening inside my leg . Im so sick and tired of bonitas **** forever something wirh them. Really gatvol

Pathetic service
Wesbank has the poorest services. I'm paying for a car that has been paid off by the insurance. When you phone there customer services they send you from pillar to post and nobody can answers or tell you whats going on . Quick to take money but not quick to refund. Spent so much money on airtime but still don't have a clue whats happening on this account.

Discovery does not practice what preach
I had a car accident on the 26 october 2021 my car was towed away by discovery a couple of days later we received a email from them for the case number and some pics that we sent . We then received another email a week later that the car is a right off and we will be covered for it and our claim was given over to a a consultant that we haven't spoken to because her number goes onto voicemail . We sent emails to her that she hardly reply to. When we phone discovery they say the car is paid off but the installment went off this month . When we asked the consultant for proof of payment she sent a email back "it was paid the 26/11/2021 thats her proof . We have been struggling for the past week for proof of payment none to date because the bank wants it. Never knew it was going to be so difficult and that we will have to spend so much money to get hold of discovery customer care we really fed-up with there service and the way the handled our claim

Sick and tired of bonitas
Hi was in a car accident a month ago bonitas not covering everything alot of shortfalls i have to pay out of my pocket just to find out that they dont even cover physo therapy that i need urgenty where in heavens name is all the money going to come from really disappointed in bonitas as they dont practice what they preach . Does these mean i will be disabled because of a medical that does not want to cover but a person has to pay them every month with out any problem. Please dont tell me its because its about what benefit you on
