A lady by naahim their so call manager keep making excuses after excuses R7200 is way to much to loose just like that of i knew and didn't fall for their cheap psychology there is places much cheaper and you see results unlike this ****mers
Promenade nuri shusi is the worse when it comes to customer service and the waiting time 2 hours is ridiculous
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your call centre agents regarding my locked SIM cards. Despite my account being up to date, I have been experiencing issues with my SIM cards being locked since August 10th. I have been calling the call centre daily, and each time, I am given generic solutions that do not resolve the issue. The solutions provided include restarting my device, waiting 24 hours, escalating the issue, and removing the SIM card from my device and wiping it. However, these solutions have not worked, and I have had to repeat the process multiple times. Some call takers have even dropped the call while I was explaining my issue. Furthermore, I have been told that my issue would be escalated, only to find out the next day that no escalation had been done. This lack of follow-through and inconsistent communication has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration
