So disappointed in Vodacom and their fibre installation. I have been told for weeks that the installation would take place the 27th of December as I phone almost every day to follow up on the installation I also advised them on multiple occasions almost every single time I phoned which is almost every day that I don't want to wait until the 27th as my application was given in the 17th of November which was not captured in the system which I don't understand as the contractors Vodacom sub contracts to have been out to our property 5 times but cannot continue as Vodacom is not assisting from their side (I don't understand how the contractors were aware in the beginning of the process that fibre is required but for two weeks Vodacom did not put me in their system which I find to be very poor service) and so I had to re-apply and give in another application. Today I phone the fibre department to make sure the installers are still coming tomorrow and the consultant advises that there is no appointment scheduled for tomorrow. How is this even possible after fighting for so many days every single day with Vodacom and now to tell me there is nothing on the system that shows instion tomorrow. On top of that I applied for a n interim router which was eventually delivered but did not work so I again had to phone for assistance and was told by the consultant that there is still some configuration settings that must be done by the technical team remotely, how do they deliver the router but it is not properly configured I rely don't understand. VERY VERY poor service and I am not getting any assistance already wrote a hellopeter and only got a phone call almost a week later but still to no avail was anything done on my previous complaint. I don't know who to turn to anymore as the managers of Vodacom is also not assisting and I am really so frustrated and angry as I am left with no answer or different answers every single time I phone and still I have no installation of fibre I cannot understand why I cannot be assisted and have to wait for more than a month and a half and now probably still longer as apparently there is no installation scheduled for tomorrow!!!!!!!!
Very very poor service on vodacom fibre and the installation thereof. It's been a month and still no fibre. The first application was not loaded on their system for two weeks thereafter a new application had to completed and sent in once again. Phone every sigle day to follow up and speak to different consultants which advises differently. On every occasion the matter gets escalated but still I have no feedback no one contacted me to inform me of an updated or with regards to the installation. Then I had to put in a request for interim router until the fibre is installed (which I was also confused about because one person states one can have it in the interim and another advised no it is not as the fibre is supposed to be installed in 7 days) , spoke to a consultant which advised they will send me the approval quote that did not happen and once again the next day I had to phone once again for someone to assist me again and load the interim order. I am very dissatisfied with the service delivery of Vodacom fibre.
