I invested the maximum amount allowed in the Tymebank Goal save account early 2021 I discovered on 22 January that the bank has blocked my account & I immediately lodged an enquiry. Ref no was provided I was advised that a consultant would call me on 24 January 2022 but to no avail. I've done numerous follow-ups via email & Cell phone calls but to date my account is still blocked & I have been denied access to my life savings. I've requested to speak to a Manager & for my account balance to be confirmed but my request has been denied. I am perturbed because I have no idea why my account was blocked, whether my investment is secured, whether I received interest since my account has been blocked for approximately three 3 weeks now & when Tymebank will prioritize & resolve my enquiry. It is concerning because this is an Online bank & I have no other recourse of enquiry but to wait until it pleases them to unblock my account. In the interim the bank is denying me access to my investment & it certainly does not concern them. Concerned investor
I bought furniture for R77500. All the furniture that was delivered was directly from the floor (used) & not from the warehouse (new - as Salim promised) The result was that most of the furniture was damaged eg glass table scratched, two mis matched Dalia chairs with dents & insufficient foam on couches. I took it up with Salim & after months of trying to resolve this matter I requested that he should at least replace the two mis-matched Dhalia chairs but he's refusing. Salim is an unethical & dishonest businessman. Don't buy from House of Salim - you will regret it!
