Shocking First impression
Glad to see all the reviews...I was only phoning to get Business Insurance and they couldn't assist me. Lines been cut off and no help at all when phoning back. Pretoria branch 3 times and JHB twice...don't understand the big advertising board in Lynnwood, for what reason?2 replies

Disaster with cancellation of policy
Good day, King Price, canceling a policy, what a nightmare. Send numerous emails to cancel and send confirmation of cancellation with no luck. Did it directly on the website, with no luck. Now, at month end they took another premium...really disappointing!1 reply

Good day, I went in to FNB to get my account activated again, which I was helped with but she said I must order new card online. I tried but it doesnt work. I emailed them for help still nothing. I dont know why I couldnt get my card while I was in the bank. Really upsetting.1 reply
