The R1900 you took from my account was the last deduction. On the 21st of November 2023, one of the alexforbes customer services agent by the name of Nkosana sent me feedback on my request to update my banking details on my provident fund payout that was supposed to be paid out in December 2023. Before my dismissal, my employer arranged 6 detectives to arrest me in front of my colleagues and friends, I was humiliated, my dignity was destroyed, and I slept in a prison cell for two days because of one white lady who told them I am a syndicate. After my dismissal which was the 5th of September 2023, my employer detective asked to meet with me, I agreed because I was knew deep in my heart, I am not a syndicate, during our meeting the employer detective told me that they thought I am working with a syndicate that de*****s the employer and syndicates uses people like me in the call canters to get what they want. I have suffered emotional / mental bullying, ****** and ************** while working for the employer, the lady who got me arrested and told the detective I am a syndicate is very ****** and has caused great damage to me and my family. I am under anxiety and stress medication because of her. My employer has caused so much damage to my life I can't even explain it but I always pray that my heart finds peace and forgiveness. I have 4 kids to support, my wife is taking chronic medication, my mother in-law suffered a heart attack and stroke, I have begged my employer for mercy but because I am black, I don't qualify for mercy. My employer never approached me to sit down and find a civil way to settle this matter, I have worked for almost 5 years for the employer, I was never absent, never signed a warning, I was working Monday to Sunday, and this is what I get. Can I please request any request regarding my provident fund I must be advised accordingly, I have also CC the Ombudsman on my email. After my arrest and got out with bail, I was dismissed on the 5th of September 2023, Shoprite detective then requested a meeting with me, at the meeting he told me they thought I am part of a syndicate and syndicates uses people like me in the call center. Pathetic service.The sales person by the name of Jaque never gave me feedback on my request. Jaque **** to me and told me my first monthly installment will be in May but only to find out in will be on the 27th of April. What Jaque and Jaco also **** about is that a company called Flexidrive will not change my offer again but that was a BIG lie, Flexidrive explained everything to me. Thank you to Flexidrive . The most horrible experience of my life, the worst service I've received ever, not just from a dealership also from the sales person Jaques. On the 28 March 2023 I was offered a 2019 NISSAN X TRAIL 2.0 VISIA. I signed for the offer and send back to Jacques Van Der Merwe the sales, went to view the NISSAN on the 1st of April 2023, I loved the vehicle immediatley paid in a deposit of R55 000 on the vehicle immediatley. Boom Monday the 3rd of April 2023, what made the matter I had to chech up with the sales agent Monday to check if all is in order only to find out he sold me a vehicle that has already been sold but they still advertise the vehilce on their website. Lond story short they offered me a 2017 Nissan Xtrail , KM over 115000 I told the sales agent I want to think about the offer, becasuse it was an older shape. Next thing Boom the dealer principal is calling by the name of Johan and appologized for the mess they have done and want to know how can they fix the matter. I gave him and option to get me either a Nissan Xtrail 2019 or Haval jolion, he then told me on the Haval jolion I will pay an installment of R12000 deposit of R70 000, he then gave me the last opyion > Cherry Tiggo Pro 4 > Deposit R65 000, when the sales agent called me with the offere I accepted the offer but just before the sales agent drop the call I can hear them laughing at me at me. I went to the dealership to sign for the contract on the 8th of April 2023, when I check on the contract it shows that I need to pay my installment on the 27th of April 2023 after I have asked Jacques Van Der Merwe the sales person when will my installment start he advised me on the 27th of May 2023 will be my first installment, he even confirmed via whatsapp. I forwarded the message to his Dealer Principal Jaco and he gray ticked me because he does not care at all, his service is super pathetic. Jaco the dealer principal called me 3 times before the sale agreement to come to his dealership and chat to them and I must not accept Basill offer from Grou 1 uitenhage. I regret why did I not accepted Basill offer. I regret the day I went through Group 1 stellenbosc to buy a vehicle.

This company is a scam. I paid a deposit of R45000 in April, waited a full month for the car. Paid my monthly installment of R 8600 in May and June, by the 28th June they cut of the petrol of the vehicle because my debit order did not go off on the 27th. I asked them if the 7 days grace they mentioned on the contract to pay my installment they just told me a lot of rubbish. The car was reposed on the 1st of August.
