Ackermans Account Blocked Despite Being Fully Paid Review: I am extremely frustrated with Ackermans regarding my account #6363240***730906. Despite fully paying off the account, it has been blocked instead of officially closed. I have been asked to provide my personal bank statements, even though all payments were made in cash. This is unnecessary, invasive, and unacceptable. I am requesting immediate confirmation that my account is settled and closed, without further delay or the need to disclose private financial information. Poor Service & Refusal to Close My Account Review: I am extremely disappointed with Ackermans. I settled my account on 25 September 2025, yet they still refuse to close it. When I contacted their chat service, an agent named Leticia was very rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they insist on unnecessary documents like bank statements, instead of simply closing the account as requested. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect Ackermans to respect customers’ rights, close my account immediately, and improve the way their staff treat customers.
Pep Store Utrecht I wrote a complain to the head office about bad Service I received from the cashier named Nelly, The manager at Pep called me to iron out the matter the cashier was called in to get her side of the story what I can say is I've never seen such an arrogant and rude person in my entire life, instead of apologising on Bad service her response to me was "I will sue you for sending an email to head office , the reason for doing that is because I cannot hit you. My goodness such arrogance even after many attempts by the manager to get her to apologize the managers efforts were in Vain. Poor customer service is really bad for business let alone customer service needs to be on the notch
Poor Customer Service, from the sales Agent , My sister went to buy a TV when she got home the TV didn't fit in the stand so she had to return it to the shop and get a smaller one , I had to drive her there , they took roughly 30 minutes inside. Ok furniture I needed to pee I didn't have coins so I went inside the shop and explained that I had an urgent need to use the wash room I didn't have coins ,the Agent Nelly told me that she wasn't allowed to give customers the toilet I have to wait till I got home, Theku Plaza osizweni is very far from where I live, she is very mean
I bought a phone from Jet Newcastle mall on the 15th of October 2019, in a few days after purchase it had a problem I took it back to the store because it was an out of the box failure,they refused to change it instead they took it for repairs Even though I returned it within 7 days, it took around 6 weeks for the phone to return from repairs, it had the same problem after 6 weeks , I took it back as the problem persisted, the customer service was bad I had to wait roughly 30minute even though the store was empty , I went to edgers stores they booked the phone for Repairs with Vodacom they gave me a new phone unfortunately they returned it to Jet Stores they never bothered to even inform me to come and collect my phone until I called the guy named Thabiso who traced the phone it had returned on the 19 December 2019 it had been on their storage since the 20th December , till the 9th February 2020 . That is how poor thier customer service is who ever the store manager Is Learn from Edgers and CNA they value customers
I bought a cell phone in Newcastle Mall Jet Stores. It was miss behaving I took it back within 7 days, they advised they won't change the phone I should have returned it much earlier, instead they took it for repairs which took 4 weeks, I was called to collect the phone which was "Fixed" it came with a problem of rebooting which will not work for over 4days , when I took it back I had to wait for someone to assist me even though the shop was empty. I ended up taking it to Edgers they booked it in for repairs again this time I recieved a booking slip labelling all the problems that the phone had. Jet store stick to ethics when you say "out of the box failure" Stick to it we are your customers we need to be happy with the product we purchase. Embrace value for money do not abuse us please.
