Ordered online. The website indicates delivery timeframe of 1 to 2 days. I have been waiting since march 20th, sent emails, no reply. Does Nespresso still exist in South Africa ? Is Nespresso-World aware of the damage the operators in South Africa are doing to the international brand ? I wish I would have read the reviews before trusting the brand in South Africa. There is not the slightest ambiguity about the appalling service for online orders. Anyway, still waiting for my almost R1000 delivery paid on the 20th of March 2026...
I phoned Outsurance as I had let my car keys inside the car and locked the car. Outsurance couldn't help me directly because of the limitations of my policy, but they referred me to GP LockSmiths. Well, the service was impeccable, hyper professional and hyper efficient. I am delighted to write a good review.
