They are misleading customers...when l bought the washing machine l wasn't told about diffrent things the warranty is about...they told me it has 10year warranty,now they are ****** all of a sudden they are picky...this is what they wrote to me:
I bought an L.G washing machine in 2022 they said it has a 10year warranty,now the problem occurs l am told it's out of warranty...
I lodge a complaint but still no response,it's almost a week now.
I have a contract with cellC,I am having a problem with them for double deducting my account with no agreement of doing so,also deducting the monthly payment anyday of the month that's causing a huge negative impact on my bank account... CellC device insurance, my insurance was canceled and I made arrangements to reinstate it a month ago,when I made calls to find out why they are not deducting monthly payment I was told the status still shows canceled

I keep on having deductions of apple phone on my account, I have reported this several times at the branch,even changed my bank card but still ot continues,I do not own an apple phone,never owned it this keeps on making a negative impact on my account and the annoying part is I have reported it.
I recieved a call from my banker telling me my account is in excessive because they have recieved a debit order from cellc ,I have a contract with cellc new contract I have recieved the phone on the 29 of July,I was advised my 1st payment will be the 27th of August nothing was discussed about the upfront payment at all now I am told I will be charged an extra amount for not paying the upfront payment...whose fault is that...
I have a contract with cellc,I have finished paying it off May 27th,2024.Today I called for some cancelation, I am told my last bill will be on the 27th of July,which is I fail to understand why would I recieve services I do not want and cancelled...
Good day,On the 28th I app**** for a contract,got approved,did a debi check on my side everything,I was told to wait for 7 working days which have passed,I called and I was told to expect it today,when I call I am told it needs some approvements and all,the time isn't on my side,the child needs the tablet by monday....please advise and attend asap...my i.d number is 8701230300084. What an inconvinience for the child.
My mother went to Shoprite Daku Rd in Port Elizabeth yesterday to buy matches for some school project,she then upon checking the match sticks inside the boxes ahe noticed the other one was half empty and the other one had approximately 9-10 sticks inside the box and she took out the few ones to fill up the half empty box and went to pay by the counter,when she was going out a security told her she stole the matches and she explained to him what she did...the security guy kept on shouting at her that she is a thief she stole my mom asked him to call the police if he says so...but the security pointed my mom and started swearing at her and calling her names when she returned the same the security guy assaulted her the worst part the security guy is a "supervisor "the manager who was on duty was told what happened i am so suprised he didn't do anything about it ...is it because my mom is a woman???a security assaulting a consumer on duty and nothing is done about it...at the end they let my mom pay for an empty match box after the assault and name calling....I hope and trust the matter will be handled professionally as the "supervisor "didn't handle it well... Thank you.
