Order placed and paid on 13 March still no delivary
Very angry at the fact that i placed and payed for an order of sterilizers for R1423 on the 13 March and still haven't received my order. My tracking status shows for today but it still hasnt been shipped and i have already received other orders that i placed on the 25 March. Contact centres are closed , there is no one to assist . What is taking so long , the stock was available when i made the purchase. This is very unprofessional and unfair especially in these times. I order almost every thing i need from Takealot.In future i will think twice. Very poor service.

No information on whats going to happen to my up coming service during the countries shut down
I called into Ford Bruma's branch yesterday to find out what is going to happen To my vehicles up coming service which is due during the countries shut down, and they werent able to answer but gave me this number 0860011022. I called that number and eventually got through to an agent, i explained my situation and he wasnt able to help much with what is going to happen. He gave me a reference number for my enquiry and told me to call in today(26/03/2020) to follow up. I have called in a number of times and no one answers , or someone puts down on me. I am not going to have someone tell me after the shut down that my vehicles service warranty has been forfeited because it didnt come in for its service . This is very unprofessional from Ford.

Disgustingly dirty jumping castle and very poor service from Adventure Party hire
I called Melissa from Adventure Party hire which we have been supporting for years now and ordered a pink ball pond jumping castle , adult table and pink table cloth. It took Melissa all week to respond to my message for availability and it was like she was avoiding my calls . Eventually I called the other number on the website so that I could get assisted. The gentleman responded and told me that the order will be delivered between 3pm and 5pm on the 14th February.This never happened. They came to drop off the order at 19-30 at night to which my hubby and I weren’t home so we requested to have the order delivered @10 am on Saturday. On Saturday they came to drop off the order , the jumping castle was set up .But when I went to check it was disgustingly filthy, I couldn’t let my children nor my guests children jump on a castle like that so I had to get my kids to wash down the castle before our guests arrived.How unfair they couldn’t even enjoy it.Not only was it filthy but also damaged on one side which we only discovered later in the afternoon.I messaged Melissa about how dirty the jumping castle was and till this day she still hasn’t replied.I didn’t even attempt to message her about the damage as it was clear that she couldn’t care.The table cloth had the most awful smell, the table was completely rusted. I always recommended and commended this company to family and friends as there castles were always clean and impeccably kept . I will never recommend this company again. I am very disappointed and appalled.

SweepSouth staff have long fingers and don’t clean thouroughly
Used SweepSouth to help me out at home 3 times a week.Their own Staff started complaining about the company on how they have to fight to get their money reimbursed to them after doing a service such as buying there own cleaning detergents to clean a clients home. This put me off .Then I started discovering that many items of clothes , flip flops and other personal items were going missing so I decided to stop using SweepSouth altogether. When I stopped using SweepSouth I obviously resumed my duties of cleaning my home everyday and discovered that my home was not cleaned at all there was dust everywhere , under the beds , on the window sills , on my counters , on my blinds , so they were not cleaning thoroughly they were cleaning superficially .I would pay R 335 for my home to be cleaned properly every time I would use them and my home was actually dirty...what a waste of money.During the time I was using SweepSouth I loaded credit on my SweepSouth credit to avoid having them debiting my account.Now that I no longer want to use there service they are giving me excuse after excuse not to refund my money that is still in my Sweep credit.I have waited 3 weeks now and they still haven’t refunded me . I would not recommend this company to anyone. There staff are not criminal checked at all, I had to find out the hard way. And the service is appalling from head office .
