Despite repeated attempts to escalate this issue to management, I have consistently been informed of their unavailability due to various reasons, and my requests for a callback have been disregarded. Furthermore, I have encountered instances of unprofessional conduct from certain staff members who have been dismissive and uncooperative. While I acknowledge that some employees exhibit professionalism and helpfulness, this positive aspect is unfortunately undermined by what appears to be ineffective management. Such managerial shortcomings can significantly impact customer satisfaction and potentially lead to a decline in business. Currently, three critical aspects of my issue remain unresolved. It is concerning that a matter that could have been addressed within a few days has now extended over a month, suggesting a lack of prioritization for customer concerns within Teljoy's management structure. I would think twice before dealing with these people again. If my issues are not resolved before end of business today on Monday 25 May 2026, I will be escalating this matter to the consumer Ombudsman as you have shown an unwillingness to resolve my issues with a acceptable time frame, you have inconvienced me throughout the whole process Once again and now publicly, I request one of your Senior Managers contact me before end of business today so we can resolve this matter properly. No more delays will be accepted No more lies of we will get back to you before the end of the day No more, the manager is sick or unavailable or not in but they will call you as soon as they can. Its been a month with no manger contacting me, no proper resolution, and every time I need to follow up and waste my time.
Utter garbage customer service, no replies on emails, no answer on calls, no holding up thier ends of a conversation or a request. Full of excuses. Nedbank and MFC should rather call it a day and pack it in they are a bad bank and a worse financial provider.
This company is completely ridiculous. My phone was ****** on 14 February 2024 and the documents were sent in to them on the 15 February 2024, this morning we find out that MTN only submitted all relevant information and documents on the 21st of February 2024 and now I am being told it can take another 7 to 14 days to get a reply from them regarding the claim in the meantime I can't call nor access my bank or anything else as they told me until the insurance does not submit a reply on the claim I am not allowed to do a Sim swap as it will then negatively impact my claim, everyday I am losing business thanks to this stupid company and their utter trash insurance brokers, I hope everyone will see this and cancel your insurance with mtn and go to a actual reputable insurance provider and specify your device and have a proper company cover you as mtn is Most certainly not in the game of customer service or satisfaction when it comes to their insurance and they charge you more then another provider would and then you struggle like this. Absolutely garbage company and utter trash customer service If I could I would rate you a -10 stars. We pay for peace if mind only to find out there is no such thing with lovely mtn and their fintech teams. I hope you don't mind if I show the same attitude when it comes time for payments to you. Your company is costing me money and inconvenience due to your lack of skills and know how and your utter lazy attitudes.
I ordered an item from takealot on 15/06/2023 with same day delivery the item was guaranteed delivery before 5pm that day, I was standing at the front desk since 4pm watching the cameras and awaiting the delivery driver, who never appeared at the gate, 5 min to 5 I get an sms stating we tried to deliver but you were unavailable, this was a blatant lie as the driver was not near the building or gate, nor did he try to contact me or anything in that line of effort. I had to reschedule delivery to 19/06/2023 which is a massive inconvenience for me as I needed that item that specific day, I really detest lying people and companies, don't promise things you can't do as this seems to be a driver who just wanted to knock off early for the long weekend, this makes me think thrice before using this ordering company again for anything. I also tried to call them you get a answering service stating the phones are disabled due to working from home due to covid, which is no longer a valid excuse by the way, nowhere can I even find an email or number to contact them and complain, so they don't care about the customer nor do they wish to listen to us. Very poor and very disrespectful to all of us who have purchased from you on a regular basis. Seriously disappointing service from a supposed reputable company.
Rude and aggressive but also racists staff that kept being rude towards my collogue, Kept interfering with his order menu board and kept trying to provoke us into a fight actually daring us to hit him. I am not sure who this person was but he was dressed like some sort of security guard. This store will not see me my money or any of my family or friends again due to this unpleasant incident, Its scary to see what McDonalds are becoming. I hope you guys start to wake up and sort out undesirables like this staff member. This is not on and being this way should land your backside on the curb, I hope you guys know that I will ensure everyone hears about this incident.
They started out great quick delivery and connection was seamless and then suddenly I get loaded with additional packages which I did not order so now there are 3 packs on my name where there should be one, I unplugged router to plug it into the UPS and remove my old device and the moment I turned it back on bam no internet, since last night i have spent over 6 hours on the phone and getting all sorts of excuses like You sim was blocked The towers are down but I can see my router is connected with 4 signal bars The profile on the router says invalid but they don't take this in account The best is no sorry sir we can't pick up your account and that's on my ID, My acc# as well as my cell number.... Ask to speak to a manager hold for 30 minutes and the call gets shut off. I was gonna give you guys 5 stars before this situation occurred, I have already paid my 999 Once off and 2 days I have not been getting service now so I can not understand how you start so strong and then just fall away.
This company keeps phoning you 10 to 15 times a day and each time you say your not interested they phone you again and each time I have now asked they tell me they get my details from a Facebook lead via Rusel Le Roux of Cyber zone IT Solutions, I don't know if this is a lie or if they actual do get it from him but nowhere did I give any consent to either of these entities nor did I request anything from either and in accordance with the new poppy act this is illegal accusation of private information. I recommend you stop bugging people if they say no once. If I ever have to talk about to Affinity to someone I would highly warn against them as this is not a great way of winning new clients.
I am so very unhappy and again the same time of year MFC.... This is now the second year that I have had my car that MFC is claiming I am outstanding with multiple payments, when you tell the person who calls you that this can not be he just says you owe them and that's that. I told the person that MFC did the same thing last year, They granted me 3 months payment relief due to covid-19 and and for 3 months it was fine then the 4 month I paid as usual but I was contacted by a Debt collector who was extremally arrogant and obnoxious towards me and kept harassing me and my family for a whole week as they wanted the money, So I paid the money into MFC's account just to get them off my back and now once again the most absurd claims are being made and the person gives me grief and the moment you get upset then he wants to act all Hollier then thou. You try and handle it properly but your staff are on a mission to upset people and cause grievous phycological harm to the person and their families due to the way your people act. You phone at the most inconviente times, when you tell the person please phone me back at this time or between this and that time they do not and then agian at some or other inconviniant time they call you I mean even 7PM at night, I can not even get hold of your customer support during normal working hours but you see fit to disturbed me at that time in the evening and when I make a arrangement to call the person and I call back it goes to voicemail and then the person wants to say I am a liar and nonsense like this, I tell you this is unacceptable from a business, I should have known MFC is just as bad as NEDBANK Due to them being part of the same entity, Your people did not even have all the relevant data Infront of them then they want to argue with me this is why nothing can ever be resolved amicably, Nor can he even think that perhaps he was not near the phone or he was busy on another call, No I am the liar according to this person, I will not public shame this man for his behavior and attitude but I personally think that you should train your staff better as I am not the only one who have experienced this issue. I hope that Someone at MFC will take this to hart and perhaps actually contact me here so that we can discus this matter and so that I can both come to a resolution together. I prefer communication via email so that I can keep record of what you people say.
Rain is now the second worst ISP next to Telkom after being billed on the 25th of this month after I have changed my payment date numerous times and it keeps changing back to the 25th I decided enough was enough and looked up their call center number, This was actually for nothing as the consultant I spoke with just kept repeating the same line over and over they are unwilling to investigate the problem as it was not logged previously, I then requested a manger contact me, After about an hour they phone me and again nothing but excuses and repeating the same thing as the previous person, They then promised to look into the issue and get back to me, guess what this morning I wake up with a support reply from RAIN And once again the same thing is repeated as previously, I then sent a long reply in hopes that they might get a wake up call, But instead I receive another reply barely a minute later which tells me they did not even read the entire message I had sent them and this was by another person but the exact same words. I am really disappointed as when this Company started they where amazing this just goes to show you as soon as money goes to the head of the beast then its just that a money hungry monster and all those beneath the head are also the same. There is no pride in their work or respect for the clients, I wish everyone would boycott this ISP So they can feel the hurt as one canceled subscription won't affect them. As for the two representatives that sent me replies today one - Thabo Letsie and Two - Cresentia Lekhema. I hope you see this and I hope your superiors see this as well perhaps then RAIN will wake up and smell the Horse **** that is going on in their ranks. The last thing I want to add is that your knowledgebase of your products and your coverage as well as your technical know how is not even on par with a fifth grade student. Everything you lot tell people each time is something we all know and do before contacting you, Then there are those of us who are actually in the IT field and still you try to sound like we are the idiots, Like i have not tried restarting my router first and checking the configuration and so on. To the other people out there considering RAIN or already having it and struggling with them, Just Don't Bother spend your hard earned money elsewhere as RAIN Cares not for the customer nor the job nor the field of support.
As many other people on google have reviewed this company before as well. I have seen and heard from a lot of people that they are not Registered with any real estate agency boards of any kind or accredited by any institution. I have been trying to get a answer from them regarding my deposit and when I can expect it to be paid back to me, so far they have not gotten back to me in any way whatsoever no emails nor phone calls, the only person worth thier salt is Louise Kritzinger who is one of thier agents but other than him the other employees seem to just not care they are quick to take your money and contract this and that but when push comes to shove they don't do anything for you. The owner of the property I was renting has also canceled her contract with them as even when I pay my rent 4 days before the end of the month the owner is lucky if she sees that money at the end of the next month. I am very unhappy with these people and I am considering legal action against them as this is not on. I am not going to take excuses from them any more this is very bad business practice.
