Scam!!!!!!!!
Poor service!!!This company need to be closed. Lien and Ken are very rude when you move out.when you move it, they smile and pretend to be nice. They refused to let me be on the premises to co-inspect, they wanted to inspect alone so they can write incorrect things. Lien is a racist old woman. Even today I didn't get any cent from my deposit. Crooks and scam!!! Estate Agency Affairs Board please close this scammers.

PRIVATE ACCOMODATION WORST ACCOMODATION
This company is the worst company to ever rent with. They never take anything serious treating tenants like cattles. This business is ran by two cigarette smokers their hearts are burnt by the smoke. I do not recommend Private Accommodation to any person. They stole R7, 500 deposit and claim that we still owe them R1,500. They never do any maintenance of the properties especially in 9 Gordon road. They wait for tenants to move out and use the deposit to fix their old houses. POOOOR SERVICE AND WORST COMPANY! NEVER TRUST THEM SMOKING THUGS.

The worst service in the world(is an understatement). Completely rude ( especially LIKA WHITE who they send to terrorize and frighten people) after their get your money and when its time to refund your deposit. In addition they racism is very evident even though they try to hide it. Furthermore, not mention the number of laws they broke during my lease period, which include invasion of my privacy and belongs, as well as impersonating me to ADT. Moreover, they are not properly registered with the EAAB council. You are honestly taking a risk, do not sign anything with them or rent any property from them. All their want is your money and do not live up to the contract. They find every means to not to refund your deposit. Honestly they should be shut down for not been properly registered and still running without the correct documents.

Private Accommodation The absolute worst client service experience I have EVER had. I do not know how they can still operate a company in this way and hope to secure their financial future. The amount of empty promises, client abuse and level of poor professionalism is shocking. I have had contact with almost every employee in that company in trying to finalise and obtain the month deposit that was due by end of April 2020, after inspection. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with Lien, the company manager/owner. After many emails and phone calls I have received the month deposit today. They have used all the excuses in the book: Lockdown period Inspection Lack of internal coms Not returning phone calls Not responding to emails This company needs to be flagged!!! I am exploring other avenues and platforms to bring their malpractice to light. Who protects us the consumer? Especially students? Please bring this to light!

Private Accommodation is the worst real estate agency ever.
As many other people on google have reviewed this company before as well. I have seen and heard from a lot of people that they are not Registered with any real estate agency boards of any kind or accredited by any institution. I have been trying to get a answer from them regarding my deposit and when I can expect it to be paid back to me, so far they have not gotten back to me in any way whatsoever no emails nor phone calls, the only person worth thier salt is Louise Kritzinger who is one of thier agents but other than him the other employees seem to just not care they are quick to take your money and contract this and that but when push comes to shove they don't do anything for you. The owner of the property I was renting has also canceled her contract with them as even when I pay my rent 4 days before the end of the month the owner is lucky if she sees that money at the end of the next month. I am very unhappy with these people and I am considering legal action against them as this is not on. I am not going to take excuses from them any more this is very bad business practice.

The most atrocious experience!
This was the absolute worst experience my family has ever had with an estate agency. The electric fence was never working, and the gate was faulty and was never properly fixed after being reported several times. Incidentally, we were robbed at gun-point in the house. It was stated in the lease that Private Accommodation would not be held responsible for such incidents. However, the house should not be advertised as "safe and secure". It was definitely NOT safe and secure. It has taken them 5 months to return my deposit. They are so eager to take your money, but are not bothered to return it. They did not answer calls or emails after trying to contact them for months. They are not on the University of Pretoria list of accredited private accommodation. It is clearer now, why that is the case. Absolutely atrocious service from Private Accommodation. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
