I went to see a gynae in 2023 as I was pregnant (in my early trimester) and I was using medical aid with discovery and I had activated my pregnancy ,when claiming the gynae used an incorrect code ,discovery sent an email to me and ccd the ***ne to fix the codes and I also sent her an email she adv she will look into it ,she did not now her debt collector keeps calling me and they telling me my account will handed over to her lawyers she is a **** and I need this sorted as when I call her reception they don’t even take my calls anymore
i had such a bad experience from the vehicle finance depatment i called on the 10th nov to change my debit order day and i was told to check if the request was processed after 10 working days ,i called today again twice i spoke to a teal leader by the name of noleen and he didnt even bother calling me back
Last year i bought a demo Ford Figo 2018, took out extended services plan for it wich is supposed to be for next year as the car comes with a 2 year service plan, I in august asked for the extended service plan to be canceled and for the amount to be refunded back to the bank, I was informed they can only refund a pro-rata amount, how can they charge me a pro-rata amount, I asked their finance person Faieza in jhb Ford to explain how come I am billed for services iv neva used, she also didn't have an answer for me said it's Ford credit that dose journals she emailed me this Contact and said I must call them and ask, wich I tried to call them a number of times no one answers this phones, I am so frustrated as I need my full amount to be refunded back
