Rain Internet does not have customer support. I cancelled my account by them in May and then again in August 2025. I have not heard from them since. 2 days ago they deducted R2500 out of my account without any warning and with no attempt in making contact with me for months. They say I am in arrears with over R5000. I have no idea how they are creating these deductions as I never gave them my banking details. I was on a month to month plan. When you try and cancel they become rude and do not put the cancellation through. They don't follow up or even try to cancel your account. They took all the money I had left in my account and now I cannot get to work this month so now I will most probably lose my job. They come up with excuses and that It might take up to 3 weeks because they need to approve the refund and then I have to wait for the refund. I can clearly see that there Is no effort from their side to correct this. I also saw on Facebook that they do this to everyone.
