I a amount invested with SATRIX I have been trying to withdraw my funds from the account but due to them "technical errors" that their IT team is dealing with its been almost a month now with now resolution. I would be hesitant to advise anyone to invest with them. Prof R.M Peters
I would not recommend the unlimited and would advise anyone to be careful with taking a product with these guys. There claims process is dodgy and when you contact them they give you the runaround and also consultants conveniently drop calls. I have cancelled my policy becuase i doubt their legitimacy.
I paid my account late due to the long ques at our checkers. This was last week Thursday and it is now Wednesday the following week and Telkom still has not reconnected my internet service. This after talking to 3 consultants who promised to send an email to their back office to reconnect. The 081 number does not work and their website is the pits. What pathetic service!!!!
In 2007 I purchased a property in Johannesburg. In 2011 I was in arrears by 3 months as my tenant did not pay. My wife called Standard bank and arranged with them to increase the period from 20 to 30 years. I sold the property in June 2019. In this week I requested a comprehensive statement on my bond and noticed that in April 2011 after making the arrangement Standard bank added more than R135000 to my bond which at the time was R504000. I feel that this is illegal and must be repayed.
