Good day, Please assist me in resolving my complaint on my bed. On the 14th of June 2024, I purchased a bed at Sleepmasters N1 City, the Restonic Barbados 152cm to be specific. The bed was delivered the 16th of June 2024. After the bed was delivered, I removed the plastic of the bed as I wanted to make up my brand new bed - I noticed a scuff mark/a tear on the corner of the bed. I took pictures and notified the store of the damage on the bed. The feedback that was given back from Restonic has me in awe. How can they just come to the conclusion that it's "customer negligence" without coming to inspect the bed? The bed was opened and damage was there. I received the bed with the damage. Due to poor quality of the supplier, now it's "customer negligence". I find this very unfair as no further investigation was done on the bed. Please revert back with feedback the soonest.
