Bad service - Refused withdrawal
Bad experience Some of my creditors still debiting me yet I’m paying debt busters on the other side Asked them to withdraw me from process since they say some creditors didn’t accept the offers and I haven’t signed an affidavit to grant court order but they refuse to remove me or withdraw my application Now I’m paying both debt busters and the creditors

Bad service, incompetent consultants
Bad service,its been 3 weeks since I made a claim for refund for duplicate payment, everytime I call I'm told new information being sent up and down its like consultants don't know what they're doing... I'm really disgusted at the service from Dstv I might as well just cancel the subscription

Payment relief application ignored
I applied for payment relief for the lockdown by the beginning of month in April, everytime I try to follow-up on my request consultants hang up on me or just say they escalated the matter to the manager Even today I haven't received any feedback and now my account is arrears cause of my salary cut for April

Nedbank Festival Mall Kempton Park branch poor service
Can nedbank please do something about their festival mall branch, I've visited this branch several times there's just no service at all.. You can que for more than 2 hours whilst consultants are just looking at you sitting on their desks
