I have had serious issues with Vodacom since December 2023. I have not been able to make or receive calls or SMS. This as a result of Vodacom confirming that their technician had incorrectly setup the device and watch which had resulted in this issue and which they are not able to fix. I have asked for cancellation of the said contract to which they had agreed but refuse to let me have an official document confirming cancellation and the reason thereof. As a business owner, I have lost revenue since December 2023 and my credit profile is not being affected. Sadly, nobody at this company gives a damn. From the CEO, Shameel Joosub to Supervisor Yolande Nel to Client Liaison Officer Simon Ramamaputla...Nobody gives a damn. It is amazing how Vodacom has lost the plot and don't take my word for it'...Check out social media.
An absolutely pathetic experience dealing with an organisation that has lost the plot when it comes to customer service. Plascon employee's are under the impression that they are doing favours to their clients but are confusing this with their job description. Sad too that the CEO would rather side with *********** staff than listen to clients and remedy accordingly. And when sales figures are bad...You want to blame the economy? Look at the ********** manner in which you conduct your business first.

A so called project management company owned/operated by Lauren Glendinning 0824132510 operating in Alberton and surrounds. Sadly Lauren is nothing more than an Uber driver as all she does is collect persons that sit outside the like of Builders Warehouse, drops them on site and then disappears, In essence, you have become the project manager. I had to incur extra costs on tiles and related consumables as my requirements as a client were not adhered to. Really shoddy workmanship especially when you consider the cost of tiles etc. Coupled to this was the extra time that this took to sort. Lauren was paid in full and failed to complete the work as per quote. She has chose to ignore my call and messages and hey...why would you when you have de*****ed the client.
Pathetic company to deal with. Its is all about securing the order and more importantly taking monies for incomplete work. Poor workmanship and non existent after sales. I have been given the runaround since January to have the issues sorted. Excuses...Excuses...Excuses... If you are looking to get your cupboards done...rather take your money elsewhere.
After sales service from this company is non existent. It would appear that the only thing that matters is your payment and then the excuses start. Load shedding...Staff not available at the office. Emails to them are blatantly disregarded. My last correspondence with Vidette Bothat was on the 8th of June and I have been ignored since. Five months to verify installation and Seven months without a COC.

BEWARE Chatz cellular, Pick n Pay centre, Carletonville is issuing contracts to customers without their consent. This has now become a tennis match between the Chatz store and Vodacom and as usual the customer has to sort out the mess.
BEWARE Some Vodacom stores are issuing contracts to existing customers without their consent. I have learnt that a contract was issued to me and for which I am being billed even though Vodacom cannot produce a contract document which I had signed. I have reported the matter to the Vodacom Fraud department and was contacted by an employee who has almost zero knowledge of fraud or even the definition thereof. An Iphone which I have had for sometime now (contract expiry Oct 2019) was allocated to the bogus contract. I have lodged complaints with Vodacom customer care with promises that I will be contacted. I received notification that the matter had been finalized without even a phone call from Vodacom.
