My wife upgraded x3 cellphone contrcts last year october at vodacom chatz greenstone mall and was told that the x3 vivo v60 lite 5g phones comes with 3 free watches which they did not have stock of at the time. Was promised that they would call when it was ready for collection. Never got the call and even went to visit the branch after a few weeks from the initial purchase date. Was told that they were still waiting on the stock. Today my wife reminded me of the watches and again i visited the branch and am now informed that it was a free promotional item and now they cannot guarantee it. The store clerk said that she will try and do me a solid by asking the guy that visits their stores if he could get the watches but is making no promises. I asked for a number or email i could use to lodge a complaint was told there is neither a number or email available. Was instead told to message vivo to see if they could assist me. Really?

I went for a new contract on the iPhone 17 pro max and also asked to block a other phone on one of my contacts a have at Vodacom Carletonvile in pick and pay , a called them and they confirmed I need to do a SIM swap but a tested the SIM card in a different phone and it worked so I called back on Saturday morning to told them it's not the SIM card but the phone is the problem, they said they will come back to me on the same day but no feedback was received from them . We found out Vodacom blocked the wrong phone and me wife and child was alone and not network connection. I am a customer at Vodacom for many years and this is the first time and not happy about the service I received from they

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and arrogant attitude I have repeatedly experienced at Vodacom Harvest Place. Every interaction has left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely let down. On 15 October 2025, I visited the store to cancel my LTE contract due to having no signal at my home, despite being assured beforehand that I would have coverage. During this visit, Shamilajada Tsesarie informed me that my refund would be processed and paid into my account by 17 October 2025. Not only did this not happen, but I also received no feedback or communication from the store. After waiting far beyond the promised date, I returned to the store on 6 December 2025. I was then informed by Blondie that no action had been taken on my cancellation request for almost a full week after I submitted it. Because of this delay, I was told my refund would now only reflect on 11 December 2025. To make matters worse, on 8 December 2025, I received an email stating that I now need to send a separate email to Vodacom to claim my refund—something I was never informed about during the cancellation process. This means even more delays caused entirely by the store’s lack of communication and inefficiency. On top of the constant runaround, the attitude of the staff I have dealt with has been arrogant, unhelpful, and unacceptable. Instead of assisting or taking responsibility, I am met with dismissiveness and no effort to resolve anything properly. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

No after sales service! Rather a manager sends a message that as soon as you sign a document you've shot yourself in the foot. Makes a suggestion if you're not happy sell the phones and buy something else rather than trying to assist. The most arrogant and unprofessional manager I have ever come across. Please do not waste your hard worked money and time unless you want to be disappointed . Absolutely a discrace. Sends messages through the personnel working at store rather than contacting the client with the issue. Documentation presented highlited to be signed but no explanation what your signing. Document dates not correct voiding the date of when you received product. Date already printed on documents and not filled in by client. Be carefull when trusting these people and supporting your local store you will regret it and be disappointed.

U canceled my LTE router on the 24th of October. The ladie that helped me said I will get a refund the following Monday. It is the 6th of December and I still did not receive any refund. When I phone them to find out how far they give me attitude and say they will call back just to never call. Vodacom Chatz ***** your momey and give you absolutely no service. THEY ARE THE WORST. Do not use them.
