Deposit money
They still have not pay back my money poor communication and no one will even bother to assist on my query been sending email calls still no explanation while the owner of the property says He did give them the money to give me back.

Have not receive my Deposit
Very bad service ever moved out on the property last end of Nov been told i will get my Deposit after 21 days it been 4month now been making follow up with Admin Cynthia Nyezi and She always give me hope that the payment is being processed at times She wont even bother to answer my massages even the owner of the property told me He gave them my money 2months back to pay my Deposit bt nothing so far and i want my money.

Fraud
In Colesburg branch my mom is old apparently she has a saving acc 32 and she only discover now that R5000 gonne from her acount we tryn to report the matter they ask her y did she not come now and den to check the money.. Realy is like that since wen so we need to chwck our money at ghe bank if its the same ans wven the mannaged couldn't resolve the matter bt she has a proof of forged signiture ryt the and now they saying maybe she swnd some one to come and withdraw the money still how can some1 withdraw the money inside the bank and al storys dont make sense its like they trying to cover for some1.. So they became arogant and showting saying she can go and opene the case it wont go any further.. So if the mannager at the branch can't assit what else den can we do?

Hotel
Dear Si/Madam Hope we can be helped her We booked in Cricklewood Manor Hotel wich is in Pretoria in Waterkloof. We checked the place on internet and it was beautiful and we call the they said its okay we can book they have space available then the agreement was to pay on Saturday wen we arrive bt later they called and say they running out of space so if we wanna secureour bookings we must pay and we did. On Saterday wen we arrive the place was not the one same the smell everything was just not a 5star so we didn't check in and we requested refund so that we can be able to book another place the Manager refuse and we try to call the police still he told them we wont get aything back so pleasw help me how can we aolve this issue.
