Allen Joss Ford damage my new Ranger rear suspention under gaurantee
My new Ford ranger was damaged when they repaired my rear suspention under factory gaurantee. The vehicle is the new shape Ranger. They should have just replaced some parts on the suspention. The damaged the suspention and the they het the suspention with a hammer to try and fix it. The vehicle is now a death wish for me and other road users as the rear of my bakkie leaf springs is damged and there is no stability on the vehicle. I fear for an accident. I am afraid to drive my vehicle. Thay cannot supply me with a replacement vehicle until they decide what to do. I work for myself and I am afraid that my business will close as this is my only income. I have pictures and videos of the damage.

No ***** assistance
Good day. We struggel with Old Mutual to come back to us with a ***** case we opend at the SAPS.Even the SAPS is struggel to get a responds from Old Mutual. Who can assist us with the ***** case at Old Mutual? I have also sent an email but no response. Awaiting your response. Chris

Poor service
The auction of my house was handled by Aubrey Shapiro. I mailed him personally and phoned the office. For more than three months he ignored my emails and phone calls. He was appointed by the high court in a divorce case to handle the auction. Proof of emails can be supplied. The service is very poor of these attorneys. I would not recommend them for this type of service.

Overpayment kept quiet
Hi. My house went on a auction on the 12 April 2020 in Pretoria. I spoke to the lady by the auction and they cancelled a amount on the costs. When they payment was made by the attorneys the incorrect amount was taken. I confronted the auctioneers and they said they will refund me. If I did not follow up on the account I would have lost almost R6000.00. If you deal with Rout-X, please confirm the payment amount. You never know what will happen to your hard earned money.
