Bad service
I had an Jet account that I recently settled on the 16th of April after months and months of agents from this company calling me non stop regarding the paying. Two days after settling I called to request a Paid up letter, agent who assisted me said they have escalated it to the relevant department. And I should recieve my paid up letter soon. I called again after checking my emails nd was told it was escalated to this certain department. All in the meantime I'm still receiving sms that I need to make an urgent payment to my account. They have been nagging me to pay nd now that I have, they cant provide me with a Paid up letter. This utterly ridiculous I have to spend more money on airtime calling them regarding my letter.

Bad service

10 years! Please, this Harrassment must stop
Hello Peter I have been getting calls from Shapiro from this number 0872889991. They phone me at such odd times and I have had enough of them. Please note that the cellphone number 0836297630 belongs to me and not to Nomsa Hlangawani. I took over this phone number due to work 10 years ago! Nomsa no longer works for this company. I also don't know where she is. So please stop harassing me. I will take further steps if you continue to harass me. These calls must stop immediately. If you check my number on ITC you will see that it belongs to me and not to Nomsa. I am super super disappointed to the last nerve.

Poor service
The auction of my house was handled by Aubrey Shapiro. I mailed him personally and phoned the office. For more than three months he ignored my emails and phone calls. He was appointed by the high court in a divorce case to handle the auction. Proof of emails can be supplied. The service is very poor of these attorneys. I would not recommend them for this type of service.

UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE
Paid almost R20 000.00 deposit more than two years ago for a divorce, 2 years later im still married and im being told that the summons is too old it must be renewed, this after i had to call them up and ask how far things are.....

I have to be honest, as a single mom with 3 children having an "attorney" charge R2850 for the 1 hour consultation and then says this and i quote 'NO Credit Cards, NO EFT CASH ONLY then follows on to say it's R35 000 thereafter for the divorce when it's uncontested and the man has left willingly.... seriously???? That would be the quickest divorce for the most amount of money EVER....so sad that there's very few places that will actually HELP and not treat you as another number and just see KACHING!!! HEARTLESS
