I am so humbled and so impressed with the excellent customer care service rendred to me on the 20260528 by Nosiviwe Venkile to assiste me with the amendments on my husband policy, she took her time and efforts making sure she gets hold of my husband on time and rectify erroe capyured. Ms ALOMA NOLAN has been such an amazing consultant to me from the first time I logged in a claim and I was very sick but through her kind and warmth assistance I even recovered emotionally and all my claims were sorted for me in time and all was sorted and all was fixed and replaced on time. Aloma Nolan at claims was ther best through out my claims. She was calling me contantly checking on me and all the supporting documents were ok. she was the best claim handler and even a best motivator. I have recommended their insurance company to my colleagues.

I received a phenomenal assistance with the consultant and I could even get a chance to create my own package and they even went further to make me their own great ambassador. I love their products and perfumes and I forever recommend my colleagues to use the products.
