I booked for a car services, and they give me the date for the 24th of September 2022, and it was a holiday, when i went there there was no one. I went there again on Monday and they said to me my name is not on the system because its a first services for 15000km but they did help me with the services, then i was so suprised when they want the cellphone recordings for the bookings, how can they ask me that as a customer?? Is toyota not supposed to have that?? So they want to refund me the money for Saturday petrol that i'v used to go there on a holiday, they said i must firstly give them the cellphone recordings that i have booked. So thats how the Toyota treat their customer's.
We went to nedbank atteridgeville yesterday for help with our Social club, the Manager said she is busy and she's only have 2minutes and we have serious problem. We are scared cz we have Social club signatory that we no longer need them because of they not trusted and we scared they can withdraw the money. We are struggling to change them, we have the affidavid and the minutes but we can't get help from the bank we went to the bank several times still no help.every time we go to the bank we get different consultant with different storie and when we deposit the money evryvweek they smiling but now we need help they are so rude and aggressive.
