Exceptional Service and Delicious Food - Romans Pizza Pietermaritzburg!
I recently ordered 4 chicken Lasagne for a working lunch from Romans Pizza (Burger/Commercial Road, Pietermaritzburg). Unfortunately, the initial order was overcooked, resulting in dry sauce and burnt cheese. However, when I contacted the Manager, he apologized sincerely and offered to replace the order. He ensured the new Lasagne would be ready for collection, addressing me by name upon arrival! The replacement exceeded expectations - beautifully packaged and mouth-wateringly delicious. Romans Pizza Pietermaritzburg has earned our loyalty for take-out meals! Kudos to the Manager and staff for: - Prompt apology and resolution - Personalized service - Quality food Exceptional customer service and culinary excellence make Romans Pizza Pietermaritzburg a standout!

Thank you King Price Insurance - Emergency Assist!
I accidentally knocked my keys in the car and called King Price's Emergency Assist. The young Lady who took my call was Molebogeng Sono. She was so courteous, understanding and efficient. Within an hour a Locksmith was dispatched and I was able to retrieve by car keys in no time at all thereafter. Thank you King Price Insurance and thank you Molebogeng for your efficiency and for checking to see that the Locksmith had arrived and that I was sorted out. What wonderful service from King Price Insurance! Keep up the good work Molebogeng!

Definitely a Scam! I order and paid on 5th Feb, 2020 but have not heard from them since. No response to emails.
