I have had a package with you guys that I have got emails about everyday since Monday saying it is out for delivery. I have had someone waiting at my house for this package all week everyday as you send me nails everyday saying it's going to be delivered today. I asked yesterday on your WhatsApp service where my package is and I was told that they guarantee delivery yesterday and again nothing came. This morning I again reached out on WhatsApp and was phoned being told my package is coming today but you will confirm. Again now my package is showing that is at Southbay and not even in a delivery vehicle. I have been very patient but now I am not even getting feedback my WhatsApp's are being ignored. Have you lost my package or do you just enjoy messing people around? I have lost patience with you guys now. Please could someone tell me what is going on as I can't keep expecting someone to sit waiting for you every single day and you don't come?
What an incredible place. We not only got engaged here but we also got married here. They honestly made our day incredible. They allowed us to bring in cars and bikes. The food was Sooo good we had nothing left. People were going for seconds and thirds. They catered to our every need. Such an amazing venue. Thank you hakunamatata.
Thank you guys for amazing service. We are with vox who is now running off of your lines after migrating from Vodacom. I was getting no help from vox with my Internet being down for a week. I spoke to vumatel and they were on it. My Internet went down again with the same issue and I had someone from vumatel asking me if we were back up and then helping by sending someone out again today. You guys are giving me better service than my own service provider and I am so very impressed. Thank you vumatel.
We have not had Internet for 6 days. Vox has a different excuse for anyone in our area that calls. They have not done anything to help us get back online but still expect us to pay for a full month. Terrible service. Do not recommend. End chats before you are done.
I ordered something off of take alot yesterday morning and asked and paid for guaranteed same day delivery. I have still not received my parcel. I do expect a full refund on delivery fee as if I had chosen the normal delivery it would have been free. Please could someone get back to me ASAP!
We spent a weekend at this lodge from the 13th of August. During which we got engaged, this lodge goes above and beyond, from starting our fire in the fire place, always making sure there was enough wood and room service with a smile. The food was divine and the room was really beautiful. I would go back there any day!
This month on the 25th of January fedhealth decided on their own accord to deduct R12424 from my account My normal contribution being R 2000 and something. I have complained and called and just get no interest from anyone involved. I can not pay my rent this month now and I am at the point of moving my medical aid. I have never been so disgusted in any service provider in my life. I have been with fedhealth for a number of years always paying my contribution and this is how I get treated. I am so done! Never use this useless excuse of a medical aid!
I have been with Fedhealth a number of years and it has always been great until you need communication. They have no s****s. I have been debit ordered twice this month for absolutely no reason, I spoke to someone on live chat who never got back to me, then proceeded to call the call centre and was told it was a system error, not even a sorry. And then they tell me it will have to be sent to the credit controller and they will look at it when they get a chance. it could take 3 to 4 days for Fedhealth who is at fault, to fix their mistake. R2700 missing from my account due to their incompetence and absolutely no rush to fix it.
