I have debits or online purchases made from my account which is huge amounts of money and I went to Capitec horizon they phoned I think there HQ which said there's nothing they can do it shows on my Capitec messages how many time they tried to buy online or debit but failed as there's no money in my account. The bank doesn't do refunds in situations like this do they want my money to dissappear first before they can do something. I've even asked if I can close the account and reopen a new one they said no because I have a credit card that still owe money how do they link a credit card to your savings, to my knowledge all other banks has it as a separate account. So I'm opening myself a new account at another bank as Capitec I've been with for so many years couldn't assist me with a problem that's from there side, they supposed to protect our money.
We asked for soft board and they gave me super wood which I told the salesman it's the incorrect board he insisted that it's right I left with the board, when we needed to use the board a day later we found that the board is incorrect, I phoned and asked if we can return it they said yes we must come when we get there they came with all the stories and didn't want to exchange because there's marks on the board. I clearly stated that we want soft bord, they rasist and rude intermediating with the way they treat customers.
Car track no service delivery but demand on payment. 1. I asked to come and remove a unit from a car that was given back to the dealership because they sold us a written of car and we only found out later they never came to remove the unit 2. We had a Ford bantam we sold and again asked to come and remove the unit still they promised to and never did 3. I stopped paying to get there attention they didn't give a dam about the service they wanted there payment 4. Everyone I spoke to made empty promises and still today after just receiving the payment nothing happened 5. I have made numerous calls and sent email to them still nothing I want to cancel all three contracts with them now it's penalties I will not pay for a service I didn't get but paid now for over a year and 5months. After I stopped paying the first time they blocked us from the app and we started paying again because they threaten me with black listing but never solved our problem and still to date our app is not activated. I am done with cartrack will even change my bank account for them to not take my money.
I'm in Welkom now for two months and everywhere I go everybody is relaxed has no customer service for except at Human Auto Welkom the service was great I had an amazing experience with the friendly staff and the way everything is on point service is brilliant. Service advisers jump to help even if you didn't book the car with them it's team work.
My wife phoned to up grade the 60mbps to 80 or 100mbps and asked to exchange the router, they asked us to bring the old router and get the upgrade when I got the new router there were a new Sim, it was a complete new contract a week later the wifi gave more problems than before when I phoned to ask if we can get the same router as we had before because we still having trouble that's when we found out the complete package was changed the old contract canceled and a new one given with 30mbps. I asked what happened to the old contract because we just needed the router exchanged and the 60mbps upgraded to 100mbps but now a total new contract we canceled everything I'm still waiting on my refund as they debited me for two devices and was only supposed to be debited for one but bought were given back after one week in the new month we still waiting on our refund
Taking your money after you canceled policy and made changes to add a vehicle and remove two vehicles on the 6th of the month.
Double debit my account with out my authorization and telling me I have very few options I can't tell them refusing to refund my money
I bought a vacuum cleaner last year March this vacuum was used three times I never got a chance to return it as I'm on the road all the time we brought it back after 6months of Purchase its an Bennett earovac the vacuum was sent for repairs by Macro came back used it once and boom it stop working again I ask for a refund to buy another vacuum that will forfill my needs they tel me it has to go back for repairs first although it came from repairs already.
We at JHB station as I'm writing this guys working for Eldo Coaches smells of dagga other employee looks like a car guard how can you trust the services by sending a 14 year old alone in their care. I'm really disappointed by seeing it looks like an hobo advising the people of the buses delays and he smells like alcohol. This is not on at all.
