If you want to be treated decent and with respect when you have cancer PLEASE STAY AWAY from DISCOVERY, it now a 8 months fight. He passed away and still discovery is messing around, he had cancer and sepsis, but i have my car back window sticker made, if this is declined again I am putting it on, will make sure everyone knows how low cancer patients are seen at Discovery Health
I booked my kids from JHB OR tambo to Middelburg, I had nothing to do with their flight from Kby to OR tambo, when their flight got delayed I phoned Lime time and informed them, Which they said the bus will wait a bit, they did not wait after I called, the had to book a new bus at City bug to get to Middelburg, The monday I spoked to a lady which said she will phone me back just now, a week later no phone call, on the call she did confirm that the bus left 15;15 and did not wait 5 minutes, and why did they not move them to the next bus since I have called to inform Lime time so now lost R1068 for no service from Lime time since they dont do the refunds, So people be very careful of limetime
I am beyond gatvol of Discovery, my husband was in and out of hospital this year, so it was fight on fight on fight with Discovery, you have a good guy from discovery on your side then things run smooth but for the rest, there was a hospital bill from July which i was fighting about, he had cancer, then 2 months ago the asked me to ask the hospital to change the codes for them to pay the bill, i got handed over for that account and after discover told me it was paid and i asked them to sort it out with the hospital i am still handed over AS THEY ARE STILL NOT PAID or SORTED out, discover you are pathetic and now no answer at all about this, there was even an lady that said she is sorting everything out, you once were trustworthy now you are not
And here we go again, my husband, cancer patient and registered with discovery as a oncology patient, got submitted to hospital by the oncologist, with bad infections, first a declined status then approved, then hospital phones discovery dint want to pay because if him being on a waiting list for diabetics, this just cant get sorted out, my name being in the bad because if discoveries incompetence in treating a cancer patient like this, getting tired of fighting with them, have enough worries about a sick husband and then the medical aid try every trick in the book to make it more difficult
Wont buy again from Temu is Slow “fast” way is delivering, their driver dont call and then reports he could not deliver and you have to wait till they can find first gear to get in movement to work, whatsap is useless they also closes the chats when an agent joins, and the best of all is how proud they are of not giving a service
every evening from 17:00 your speed will drop under 10m till around 22:00. When you complain they reset your line according to them which does absolutely nothing, its a constant fight for speed that you pay for, I have been told that I am on the wrong tower, not fixed a month later, I have been told that the router is jumping APN's and need to be reset, and their team is gonna call me, where the team asked me now what must they do, they did not have a clue what to do. A month later that is also not sorted out, if you use a better router, you get blocked because when you use their router they can manipulate your usage and speed, better to get money than the client getting a service, and when there is a problem they cant sort it out and blame everyone else
So after all my bad posts on Hellopeter and figthing and getting so cross and gatvol, on Friday 2 people contacted me and said it wil get sorted out which I did not believe, so it is only fair to do a good post and say thank you, its a week later and everything is sorted out, thank you
Voice and Voice & Data, Lydenburg, Marinda instructes us to cancell our contract due to the fact that there was no internet for 2 weeks, no info from them, rather a snotty attitude towards clients, so i gave a bad review on fb, which we the was instructed to cancel the account, nd now still we get a invoice stating we are behind, so they cant even cancel the contract and when you leave comment on the fb page it gets deleted, they only keep the good ones there, who can i talk to about this people not doing their jobs?
