Our money n personal details are not safe with absa😡
Purchased was made on my account without my approval, money deducted yet card was with me, where random people o ****mers get my 16 degit number n cvv number of my bank card? When message come in I log in to report the transaction but there’s no option for that .

Adidas online ****ming people's money 😠
I used to buy items online I even save their Citi Bank account, til 31 August 2023 I mistakenly sent R5000 into their account when I ask for reversal they told me about investigation that took ages until I contacted them again and I was told that I didn't send money into their account only because I used the different references now they claim that I sent money into that person. I still have statements n FNB see that I sent into Adidas account and I fill the form for reversal Still they refused to do it their accounts not allowing bank to reverse the money.

Bad service
Since I deposited money on 31 January 2020 until now it not reflecting on my account when I call them they answered after 7 minutes of waiting n whoever answered asked me to send email but out of all emails no one reply o call me back whole week m trying to solve this problem.

Poor disgusting customer service even shop manager
Customers service is very poor in lichtenberg truworths and they don't want to exchange the items they make stories. And 14 days will be gone what I must do with small clothing
