BAD SERVICE I’ve trusted this company, until today 19 May 2026, image waiting for my delivery two day back , and today they send useless person that can even tell me that He don’t care about me , I’m not happy with that guy that they send to me useless Delivery Driver,He didn’t even deliver my package imagine useless I dont need there service anymore
Horrible service to this company always they lie, bad service , since last week Monday I want to return the items, always they say ,Thabiso will come and collect I won’t buy anything from them again
Useless company They are debiting my account every month , useless DI uber I even don’t know that they are dealing with what,😒
What a bad service I received from pick n pay protea Glen mall, worse part from manager, on Monday evening I bought a motor bike for my son, and when I arrived home I found that the motor bike have factory problem, I decided to return it back, the manager gave me attitude, and I decided that I need refund because of His attitude, He refused to refund me, He try to explain some long stories to that's what irritates me a lot, I shop Pick n Pay every week, every week, but what I experience from that old man, it's bad. I will hate that pick and pay.
Old mutual it's a bad company, they don't take care of their customers, I had a policy with them, last month they debit my account early, the date before I get paid, I tried to call them, you can't reach them, I decided to go to the branch to report the problem, that they must debit, the lady in the branch instead of solving the matter, she offered something else, I was shocked, I ask her I understand you want sales please solve my problem first, she rep**** she can't assist me with debit order problems, I must wait for them they will call, I tried to WhatsApp platform I need them to debit twice, last week I received email that my policy is forfeited, I was shocked I have this policy with them more than 7 years, I tried to write email no assistance.
What I can tell people don't even in your life to insure with this company ever, bad service, I spoke to a lady about their services, she says that's my problem, yoooo her name is Angelina.
I bought the shoes on the 27 of May 2023, and then I take them back on the 31 may 2023, because I didn't like it , and the store manager and their staff **** to me said the they can not refund or exchange, while the company policy said they won't refund or exchange on the item that it's on say, Now they even giving me attitude, they are not professional, According to me that shop it's nonsense, I pay my money and they give me such attitude behavior 😒
I would like to appreciate the service that I received from Karabo today it was super 👌 I hope they can assist me further to service my car.
Their service it's bad , you can't even reach them , maybe if I can cancel debit.
