After returning your car on the 28th of March 2024, I still cannot get a simple response towards the return of my deposit of R5000. Today it is a month and no one can respond to me with a date. Can you please advise when I can expect my money?
What a horrible service and treatment that you have given to a 70-year-old lady. You absolutely have no shame. My mother is sleeping on the floor because of your manager in Port Elizabeth who controls all deliveries. My mother is sleeping on the floor at her age. We bought a bed for my mother from your company and it is PAID IN FULL. She received the first SMS informing her that the bed was going to be delivered on 05/02/2021 and that did NOT happen. She received another SMS to confirm that the bed will be delivered on 06/02/2021 AND ALSO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. And no one even bothers to phone with an explanation. She phoned on 08/02/2021 and she was advised that there is a new manager and the new manager decides what goes and does not go and this person has changed the decision. What kind of service is this? Truly horrible as the bed is fully paid for. Is this how you operate to black people? Can you resolve this before the end of the day or else we are going to demand our money back and you can keep your bed. You are telling us now that the bed will be delivered on 17/02/2021. I have phoned Sanlam Sky on 0861 23 5433< What a horrible and pathetic customer service that I received from your consultants. I regret the day that I took cover with such a company. My query was simple it was a confirmation of the policy number and the cover amount since i have a number of policies with such a horrible company. I have already spoken to 4 people today and i could not be assisted with such a simple query. You should have better prepared your consultants to be able to deal with customers especially at this time. Never will do bussiness with you again
I had used Camash Before to move my furniture to East London and the service was good. Since I had used them before and trusted them I saw no issue with using them again to move my furniture to Pretoria. I paid in full on the 25th of August. My furniture was meant to be picked up on the 27th of August and did this did not happen. Carol advised me that pick up will be on the 28th of August. On the day of the pickup, I spoke to Carol and she confirmed that all is in order. Closer to that time of pick she started to avoid my calls and smses. To cut a long story short I now have to fund another company. If you are planning on moving and use Camash do not pay the in full or do not use them at all.
I am utterly disappointed with the services that I have received from your company. Having have used your company for the past 7 months, I doubt that I will ever make use of your services again. You work in a competitive environment and there are other services provides in the market that I can make use of. I had a 3-month mini lease from you. All that I have asked for is my statement for the past 3 months. I have asked for this from your forever incompetent Bernice Billet and also my mini lease administrator Sechaba Mogathusi. I have sent them both emails and they have not even bothered to respond to me. I can only assume they are not responding to my request because my mini lease is coming to an end. I was willing to extend it, but due to this I will not and I will not recommend your company to anyone that I know. It is such a simple request and yet you have dismally failed. Please send me my statement and direct me to the correct person for this. Service is important and I hope that you take this seriously. I am prepared to pay more for quality and great service. I have never received such horrible service as a potential new customer. FNB is not what it used to be. The service is bad and you cannot even keep up to your own turn around times. We have 5 banks in South Africa and another one that will be coming soon. I used your website to open an account and i was meant to be contacted with in 3 days. No one contacted me. I phoned on the 08/03/2019 to open account. I was advised that a courier company will phone me within 7 working days. No one did. I phone today and I was utterly dissapointed by CDD (who had incorrect details)and your branch in Forest Hills who could not assist me. Can someone call me to explain the bad service as it is disappointing. One would have thought that in 2019 and in your industry you would value new clients. I need an explanation if not I can that my business some where else
The service from Ellies/Elsat is terrible. I would rather do my own installation and pay for it. I have contacted the 3 times and still no one has call me to schedule an installation. I do not know why on earth Mutlichoice would choose such a terrible and incompetent provider. The free installation is a joke or a huge scam. Never ever will I use the services of Ellies/Elsat. A horrible company...
