I need my money from BlueOceans
Hello Peter Please assist me Blueoceans keeps on deducting my money &I do not owe them anything. Last month they told me that they made a mistake when they were capturing &put my details instead of their client &they will cancel the deduction.Unfortunately it is not cancelled even this month they deducted my money. MTN please be competent
MTN has failed to debit for my contract in December &then they decided to suspend my line &I have made the payment on the 11th &still after that payment my line was suspended again &I made the 2nd payment again but still today my line has been suspended again..I have been emailing my proof of payments to their different service champions bt still no solution for my problem..How will I survive today without a phone..I have never asked for their contract they called &offered &I am not happy at all.I am very unpleased with their service. Nedbank showed me their best incompetence
I am Nedbank Customer for years now,bt I am so disappointed that I am in a stage where my own bank cannot help me.. My story goes like this, I made a transaction on the 29th January paying rent for my place to stay &the transaction went through on my side whereas the merchant said it declined on their side..I couldn't understand &today I went to Nedbank to clarify this &I was told that the transaction is pending I must call the Call Center to clear it.. With excitement I called the Call center &I was told by the Authorization Department that they can't clear that transaction, I must tell the Merchant to call them on my behalf in order for them sort the issue, I went to Merchant &they called them &they were told that No they can't help them either the Merchant now must get their bank to call Nedbank... Today I will sleep outside because of this matter..Nedbank I need the Clarity &proper explanation before I close my account with you guys

Taxify drivers are not reiable shame
Please help me HelloPeter,my sister used the Taxify the other day coming to my work place &forgot my jacket &the plastic in the car&she called the driver immediately asking him to return the staff within 2 minutes &the driver said he was gone but will bring the belongings later..It was last year November bt till today he always claims that he is coming..We are based in Dbn ,Please help I need my jacket or I

Frustrated by Nedbank Recoveries
Hello,it's me again,After writting my review about Nedbank yesterday,they gave me a call &promised to call me back yesterday again to provide me with a settlement letter,but unfortunately they never come back to me...Pls Nedbank recoveries get back to me with this settlement letter..I have been calling you guys the whole day but you are not reachable as always.. Nedbank Legal why are you not reachable
I am Nedbank Customer for quite few years now&I had a debit arrangement for a personal loan in 2016 &it stopped &I assumed that it was payed off because I bank with them,until I found that the account is still open &in Credit beareau.So my challenge is now I have been trying to get Nedbank legal Department to provide me with a settlement statement but no luck..Their service is poor shame...Please help me to get them &pay their money off &change the bank if possible.They not friendly user if they have department's that are unreachable..
