The Worst service ever, can't understand why the insurance company is using them. The Regional manager makes promises to phone and give feedback. I am the one that is phoning to follow up. Also received a call to say my car is ready when I collected my vehicle it was not. They assumed the vehicle will be ready. And the car need to go back due to poor workmanship. And there is new damage on my vehicle.
Very happy with their services and product. The sales person Gerrie is very helpful. Will definitely recommend them.
Received great service previously, my vehicle was towed on monday and I had to follow up with the "Service Advisor" Corlia to find out what was wrong. She only phoned me back at 16:00 Monday afternoon for the first time, and she said she had other client to attend to and I am not the only client. I received my vehicle on Tuesday afternoon and I again had to follow up with Corlia, the vehicle made a strange noise and took it back today(Wednesday) And told Corlia the vehicle is making a strange noise and she said how is it possible they didn't work on the vehicle. (Then how did they find the fault??) Corlia you have no idea how to deal with clients, you are bringing that business down, you are the face of that business.The owner need to get rid of you if he want to keep his business!
Honeydew police station for firearms department, are absolutely useless. Went there today and one person is off sick and the whole department is closed again. If the finance department is not offline they will find another excuse not to open. And they dont answer any phone calls.
