I called in this morning seeking an update about my application the call centre consultant was so rude and told me she was new and can't help me I must just wait and yet I submitted my application last year July she was really really rude
I told the consultant i would confirm with her and she said it was just a quote but my account has been debited and the vehicle is also not with me any more I was involved in a car accident but my account was debited for what good reason i do not know I told her I will get back to her
I was in a car accident two weeks ago my claim is still in review the person or people that are supposed to give me feedback are now on leave and my claim is still not attended to yet and I have around 10days with the courtesy car and the panel beater of their choice will also delay and I did mention to them that I am not happy about the turnaround time of that panel beater but again I am stuck with having to send endless emails and be told my claim is in validation yet I make sure to pay my premium on time every month with no default for the past 7 years it's time to let go honestly I am tired of this treatment
The consultant was super friendly and professional
The worst I never subscribed to Uber one next thing it takes my money this is unacceptable honestly daylight ******* and the transaction went off at midnight
I requested a doctors note and I was told that it was after 4pm but I requested it before with no problems and the consultant was rude and I need the doctors note for tomorrow morning as I need to go to work but they were of no assistance
The lies that we are fed and when it’s time to deliver no one can assist no sense of emergency just that sorry mam or we still busy or we will escalate it and it’s never done disappointing service once again from budget they enjoy seeing a person stress honestly
Did an upgrade was told that the device would be bigger than the device I currently have and I was told it would have an Apple Watch but didn’t receive the watch I called them to find out what was going on I was told it will be escalated 3 days later still no call to tell me what’s going on
My car has been there for a month now all of a sudden no1 can help with regards to car hire or when they will even attempt to start my car and this is not the first time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt this time around but no they proved me otherwise now I am left stranded without a car sad part is as the client you always call them to find out what’s happening
The worst insurance I am cancelling everything with them after calling the for a whole week for them to say they can’t help me is amazing yet I have been with them for 6 years I am so disappointed and left stranded without a car yet I have an insurance policy!!!
