I have been trying since February to get my billing changed and credited. Just got another same charges. Administrator who has undertaken action but no action is Timothy Gambeza
There appears to be a major bottleneck at Ithuba support . Call centre voicemail or just rings. Emails are unanswered. I have tried to withdraw my funds, many times, without success. My id and address have been verified and double checked bank details provided.
