I just opened an investment and authorised the deduction of a lump sum from a specific account. There were issues with the debtor order, so I was told to pay an amount directly, which was done. To my surprise, the lump sum was debited from my personal account, without any authorisation. Stanlib has not bothered to respond to my emails in which I requested a refund. I cannot pay my child's school fees or afford food, but Stanlib apparently doesn't care that they have placed my minor child and I in a dire financial position due to their sheer incompetence. ********ly took my money, but refuses to assist.
Ordered a black ring, which completely faded to silver in less than three months. When I complained, they responded by saying I need to ship the ring back to the USA for repairs, at my own cost. On top of that, they gave me 7 days to send the ring back or my YEAR LONG WARRANTY will lapse. Stay far away from this company, they are a bunch of ****mers that sell cheap costume jewelry. They also reject any negative reviews, so nothing on their website is legit.
Funny how you took my money within 5 seconds, deliver the order with items missing and have the audacity to tell me a refund will take a week.
Supersonic failed to render invoices for four months straight. I informed them of the error telephonically and via email. Never received the courtesy of a response or an apology for the error. After a final email wherein I again informed them of the error, I suddenly get a massive account and they expect me to settle it in one month. I'm curious as to what would've happened had I not informed them of their own error. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
