Worst service
Another week has passed I'm still sitting waiting for discovery to even let me know how far they have come with all the claims that was incorrectly done in July 2025, still no feedback and I'm still paying off healthcare providers and being handed over due to discoverys mistakes

I have spent the last 8 months going back and forth with discovery, over 200 claims they made mistakes one, I'm not being ignored after I've email how my name and everything has been effected by this and now I'm just being ignored by discovery, 200 claims done wrong, this is and does effect so much and really needs to be resolved it's been 8 months

I called in to retrieve my file so I could change Dr's, the women who amswerd the phone was so rude her words were WHAT DO YOU WANT MONEY FROM Dr when I just wanted my documents so I could move Dr and hospitals

So my story has been posted more than once and I am still getting nothing I've been handed over not only has all this begun to effect my everyday life but also my credit score I am so tired of being here writing the same thing in July I had a baby the baby passed away over 200 claims were not done correctly by discovery I email daily and get nothing back.ive been handed over I've got judgments against my name due to the discovery not doing what they were supposed to do correctly and as a client I'm effected by discovery mistake

Worst service no humanity at all in there staff
Again I'm here due to discovery ***********, staff this matter has gone on since the 5 July there claims department has made such a mess up I've been on hellowpeter only by doing that did they start the claims correctly I've had people from discovery tell me they will summons my dead son even, spoke to a lady Rushaan Sonday if that's her real name who thinks this is all a joke if someone's child passing is a joke to discovery please let me know, also how long I've begged cried threatened for this matter to be resolved my name has been handed over and each time I call I'm told to ignore the emails cause the debtors department and claims department made a mistake but I suffer now I'm talking to khumie she has said she is a supervisor and still nothing

Worst service I've been sorting out an amount and settled the amount months ago I've complained before and I was told discovery is looking into it and it was claims error now I've been told I have been handed over to the credit buro literally when I spoke to a person yesterday and it was again arranged now my credit score is being damaged due to delight
