Horrible service from Burger King Bryanston. I ordered lunch at 12:00 PM on 28 January and waited two hours, only for the delivery driver to inform me that nothing was happening at the store. It was not a busy day, so there was no valid reason for the delay. I tried calling the contact number four times, but no one answered. I eventually drove to the store, where I was told that my food was only ready then—2 hours and 10 minutes after placing the order. To make matters worse, the food was dry, cold, and tasted as though it had been cooked in old, unchanged oil. All drinks were just flat
Living at The Junction has turned into a complete nightmare! I’m paying what feels like grocery money just for water, and the charges are utterly ridiculous—no one can make sense of them. I’ve tried reaching out to Iswitch for explanations, but they can’t provide any clarity. At this point, water is more expensive than my electricity bill, which is outrageous. I would never recommend The Junction to anyone, not even my worst enemy. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I paid my Dstv subscription a day late this and WOW it has been hell, Every second day I get disconnected and Multi-choice wants me to pay another R150 for the same month after I have sent proof of payments a few time and called the Call Centre a few times explaining that I have paid and every consultant asked for the same POP which I sent, So now my question is do I have to pay R150 every week because I paid late this month, It feels like sometime is intentionally going into my account to disconnect my services to top it all off the last time I called to query the same issue the consultant transferred me to the cancellation department and I was confused and wondering if this is Dstv's way of saying they don't need me a customer anymore or it was an honest mistake? My big question is why am I disconnected when I have paid and sent the POP a few time and why does the amount keep changing
My Capitec loan amount keeps going up the minute it comes to less than 49 thousand rand an extra 2000 rand or more to the balance owing, I have tried to make contact and still could not understand why there's added charges because my account is up to date according to my records and Capitec always the first to debit because I use Capitec...So now I am sitting and wondering if I am supposed to pay till forever since the balance keeps growing instead of decreasing as I pay...I must say I am here today and I regret the day I took out this loan with Capitec.

I was trying to buy electricity using the the USSD we usually used when I got a message that I am not allowed to purchase as my balance is too low,I then emailed iSmart for further assistance and was redirected to a WhatsApp number which I texted stating my problem and even gave my Meyer number/reference.I got a reply with banking details to do an eft purchase which I was later advised they do not have access to our building and to contact iSmart I then advised the agent that I already made a payment to one of their accounts which they acknowledged they were wrong in providing banking details without confirming building name,I was told to reverse the eft which I cannot and asked them to process a refund however I'm now getting emails that I have contacted the wrong company even when I try to explain my reason for contacting them,I still haven't received my money back and not getting anymore response from Remote Metering Solutions. I am still waiting for a refund and I honestly feel they need to confirm before just sending banking details we trust you as our service providers but this is really disappointing.
