Horrible service.. They should just close because their main objective is to deliver goods..but they can't. Them and Rain....same WhatsApp group.
I was billed twice in that store on Monday (2024.11.18). This happened after I told the teller that money was deducted from my account. She forced me to pay again and she said one payment will be reversed. When I went to that shop the following day I was told to spend money to gain money. Now I feel ******.
So...last month they debited more than what we agreed on since I'm on price lock account and I called to complain and some random lady there defended this crime. Now they did it again and mind you I was never refunded for last month's crime. What must I do now..? I believe contracts are binding...so why is dstv charging me more than what we agreed on..?

IAM waiting for my order for almost two months now. At first I was promised within 14 to 18 working days. The worst part about it... nobody bothers to call just to inform. At this moment I don't know what to do. IAM getting the worst service at clearance warehouse it's not even funny anymore.
Vodacom gave wrong coordinates to Ram couriers... Two weeks now waiting for my package...i hope they don't bill me for something i don't have. Already spent a lot of money calling them but yoooo i guess poor service is everywhere hey...
