Out of all Credit Berue Houses, This one is the worst with closing disputes. 20 days rule doesn't apply here. You will wait 4 months - You wont be able to apply for any credit.

REMOVE YOUR DISPUTE FLAG ON MY PROFILE
Do not log a Dispute if you are to use your Credit profile - its 2 months now after i logged a dispute, story after story- escalation after escalation! what a nightmare! now I wish i never logged it! The dispute flag shows everywere I go.

Basicaly those Paralegal - good in telling us "We can't help" No matter how the matter is within their scope! You ask for Civil matter assistant they say its only for Premium client! I am so disapointed in the last minute

Horrible service Prescribed debts and being forced to acknowledge it - 24hours turns to 24 days!!!
24 hours turned to 24 days!! My Debt is prescribed, but they still promise the issue will be resolved in 24hours, I am tired , Sent email on 13 May 2025 still today, they just reply and say in 24hours it will be resolved
