Unfortunately this organisation can not be recommended. Firstly, the owner has a different full time job which means that his solar clients are not at all priority. Upon contracting him, he provided a quote without coming to inspect our property. Afterwards, upon installation, he started sending additional costs that we were held liable for - because his quote did not match the requirements of the property. He has no full functioning team. 3 separate teams arrived at our property to do the work. They never had all the necessary parts or equipment. They had to frequently borrow from us, or even drive to town to go and buy. Upon discussing specific needs that our property had, the owner started becoming verbally aggressive, and accusing us of theft, and various other things. He was unwilling to adapt the project according to our property needs. The employees frequently complained of being underpaid and overworked. After the final installation of the property, the owner owed us some money. In requesting repayment of this, he only paid back half and then removed us from our own solar app accounts. Preventing us from having access to our own system. We have had similar stories from his previous clients. Unfortunately his quotes are comparable and even beats out other, but the client service and installation is poor and unfavourable. In retrospect, we would have rather paid a bit more to work with an expert and professional team. This company brought a lot of conflict, insults and discomfort to our home. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude.
I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews. CSI not only provides terrible customer service, but they find and use absolutely any excuse to take any money from you that they can. I would not recommend this rental agency to any. Rather wait and find yourself another apartment, instead of having to struggle with having to deal with this fraudulent company.
Stopped at Shell Kroonstad on Christmay day for food. after standing in a line waiting to place our order, when we got to the till we were told to go to another till to pay. After standing in line again we were told we can not place our order there. we explained to the cashier the situation that we were confused, after being told twice that we can not be assisted with placing our food order. the cashier simply told us to rather go, they can not help us. This was rude, inefficient and dissapointing service received from 3 employees working within the Shell shop and Deli.
I have had the same experience with Pro Admin as all the complaints mentioned here states. My calls and emails were ignored for months, I received the wrong water bills. I received a letter stating that my water bill was in arrears. Finally having enough of this nonsense and terrible service, I called Pro Admin and obtained the number of the manager of the person who was supposedly responsible for my account. Her name is Brenda. I explained my whole terrible Pro Admin experience to her and on the same day, I received both an apology from the person who provided me with such non-existent customer service for 9months, as well as my correct water bill. I really appreciated Brenda taking care of the situation, and I hope that it will continue like this.
I visited the Checkers Hypermarket in Mayville, Pretoria. Especially went there for some of the specials that were held. On arriving there, I could not find the fan I was looking for, and in a whole hypermarket there was not 1 Checkers assistant on the floor to assist. I went to the side counter to ask for assistance, and Lizzie Bokaba who 'assisted' me treated me with a bad attitude. She didn't greet met, she didn't speak to me, after phoning someone to come and assit me she simply treated me as if I hardly stood in front of her. This was very bad. Thereafter, as we were standing in line to pay, there were trollies left at the tills with far chicken, red meat, milk and yogurt. We were in line for about 15 minutes which these things were left in the heat. I told the manager about it, and when we left Checkers these were stil not packed away. No one wants to buy chicken that has previously been left in the heat. This Checkers was extremely unprepared for a busy Sunday of customers, and I will not easily return there.
I visited OB Kollonade Mall, Pretoria for a second time last night. The first time I received prawns which were uncleaned. I brought this to management's attention. Last night, we AGAIN received prawns which were uncleaned. After bringing this to management's attention, we received new plates with the promise that these prawns will be clean. However, both I and my partner's prawns were once again uncleaned. I notified management who apologized, however, did little to restore the situation. Upon receiving the bill I informed the waitress that I will not be paying for the meal as I could hardly eat it. The manager, Eugene, however, insisted that I still pay for the prawns I did eat (which would be understandable) did I not receive such bad service. In the end, both the manager and our waitress had treated us stiffly and with attitude. This is not the OB standard I am used to. And I will most definitely not visit this OB again.
Very, very poor customer service. ProAdmin has been ignoring my emails and calls for three months. I have been requesting my water bill and not receiving any response. When an employee finally decided to assist me I was informed that my water bill had reached an obscene amount in only three months. I have been requesting details to pay my account, and now for an explanation of the obscene amount and I am receiving no response. I have complained of their customer review platform and also no response. Terrible company to work with.
