I recently purchased a VW Amarok. Michael went above and beyond, and found me a vehicle with all the specifics I wanted, and made it happen. Leon also made sure that all my paperwork was right, and was a big help. Gents, rating your service as great is an understatement. You guys were extremely accommodating, organized and professional. I am very grateful. Also thank you to Themba for picking me up from the airport, on the day for me to collect the vehicle. Thank you again for your stellar service.
So I had transactions go off on my FNB savings account, from somewhere in the states, while my card was in my posession, and the transactions went through with no OTP request. This happened on 25 September 2021. I reported this to FNB Fraud, as soon as I saw the SMS's and was told that it would take 7 to 10 working days for feedback. I waited the full 10 working days, plus one, and then called them again, to find out what was going on to be told yo wait another week. I waited the full week, contacted them again, same thing. Today is a week later, I called them to be told the same thing again. On top of that, I had to get a new Card, which I got Charged R120 for, for a mistake, that is absolutely not mine. How long, has one have to wait to get this resolved, this service is disgusting to say the least, and Im really considering moving my funds and business to a different bank. How can we help you, is absolutely not what this bank is about, because nearly 4 weeks later, Im still waiting for a response, and the R6k thats missing from my account, after FNB said 7 to 10 working days. Sies.
Terrible after sales service on Kalahari Shade Sails. Mine ripped on the seam a while back for no apparent reason. I logged a return with Takealot on 05 Feb 2021, it took nearly 10 days and a number of emails to get the item, which I packed neatly back into its box and labelled as insructed. 7 days later, I finally see something happen. Return received at warehouse, and almost immediately declined. I inquired about why it was declined and got told that damaged and defective products should be returned within 7 days of purchase. Fair enough, but no one asked how it ripped, when it ripped or why. Instead its just assumed that it was damamged from the start. Furthermore, in my inquiry as to what happens next, do I get my item back? If so, when? No response. It is now 25 Feb, and Ive had to make other plans in the meantime to replace this shade sail. Absolutely disgusted at the terrible ordeal a simple return and exchange has turned into.
Pathetic service, no one answers their phones, and as it stands, 4 days later still waitong for an "overnight' delivery. Ill never willingly use Aramex again.
