The most useless Courier I have ever used. TEMU must be made aware that as much as they are quick to dispatch your order the delay will come from this Courier!!!! TEMU should consider working with BUFALO they are the most efficient.

On the 6th December 2024 I made a booking online while inside your premises. The prices online were lesser so I didn’t make the booking at the raception but I used Booking.com I entered the first card details and got a error message “we weren’t able to charge the card” I pressed okay and entered different card details and the payment went through and I got confirmation. After few minutes the payment went off again from the first card details, I went to the receptionist to explain and was told I have to query this with Booking.com I stayed a night and checked out in the morning. I queries this with Booking.com which I’m not getting any joy, I’m told they have to query this with you which they did but you are not giving feedback. I made a booking on the 6/ November 2024 for Indaba hotel. I was charged twice for one booking, your site gave an error on the first transaction “we weren’t able to charge this card”I then pressed okay and entered different card details I then get charged on both cards. Bad service from Telkom. Your systems and your call center agents are nonsensical. I'm your existing client who has settled my contract with you with the goal of taking up another device. You do your credit checks and then send a face verification that is useless, it can't read my face. Twice I have tried it both on a tablet and laptop but still. I call your call center to ask for assistance your agent hangs up the call on me?is this how you treat your customers? Is Business too good for you that you don't want to retain customers? By the look of things you don't even get back to your customers who have lodged complaints!does this company have a complaints department or a CEO?
