I spoke to Sibongile from MiWay she was very professional, understanding and polite she managed to assist me within a short time and she is an asset to the company and lastly I am very proud to be a client of MiWay they always do things my way and there's no insurance better than MiWay
I have a funeral at 21st century and I my uncle who was my dependent passed away and I claimed in November and still today the company is still billing the deceased I called the customer and was sent from one agent to the other I spoke to approximately 6 agent with no resolution
Two weeks ago I made an appointment with the company to come and fix my alarm system because it triggers to them and not at our house I asked that the technician must come at 0900 today and we were called by the company today to ask if we were okay since the alarm triggered and I told them that it didn't trigger here and I reminded them that the technician should arrive at 0900 as arranged until now no technician has arrived I called and spoke to 5 agents who kept me on hold and then they dropped the call until I call again and demanded to speak to the supervisor and I spoke to Maria who later called after talking to the technician that he will arrive at 1100 and I am so angry that they didn't keep to the time we booked 0900 because we have other things to do now we are to do the final arrangement for the funeral tomorrow and I am stuck waiting for the technician
My partner was transported from Dobsonville ext 3 on the 09 April 2026 and today I received an sms notification that the Princemed ambulance service was paid R5191.70 and I called GEMS for verification of the amount charged and I was sent pillar to post with calls dropping during the conversation I wanted to know from which benefit is the ambulance service charged the call center agents said they will transfer me to the ambulance section when the call is ultimately answered I am told I will be transferred to the assessor and the claims department of the ambulance call dropped even now I called no response I am worried that the ambulance could have charged me more because nothing was done to the patient that warrants the amount they have claimed
I was on a so called contract and I was paying R568 and yesterday I was debited R858 I kept calling dstv to find out when is the contract ending and that I wanted to downgrade today I spoke to Kabelo to enquire about the R858 and they said an email was sent in this regards and the truth is they never sent an email to me and they are refusing to refund the R300 that they took yesterday I have been with this company for a while and this is not the first time I complained about them they are ripping me out this is daylight *******

I am receiving bad customer service and promises not kept I ordered 4 thesis books and paid the deposit of 50%,i was promised to get my books on Wednesday and since Wednesday I have been to the branch and told tomorrow yesterday same story and today I had to hand over the books to my PhD supervisors before my graduation next week Tuesday but at this rate I don't see that happening I so disappointed and irate

My son was a member of Virgin active in Jabulani Mall Soweto and three months ago the establishment closed and we have been trying to cancel membership to no avail I am the payer of the membership but despite the closure of the facility Virgin active continues to debit my account and I reversed the debit order now they are threatening my son and demands that he pay R,1200 at the time when he was not utilising the facility due to its closure they also threaten him to be blacklisted We can't afford to pay for something we did not use we are not expected to pay for services we never received
