I am really not happy with how your agents treat us. My rent is always paid on time but I NEVER get assistant when I need it. I am locked out of my apartment building and because they are at a "team building" I am told to ask my neighbours to open for me. First off, I do not pay rent to my neighbours and they do not owe me any assistance for something I should receive from my agent.2 replies

Very dissatisfied
I submitted a claim on the 25 October and to date there is no feedback and I have exhausted my airtime while on hold on the call centre. This is totally unacceptable because when you deduct premiums we don't put you on hold but when it comes time for you to pay you play hide and seek. Attend to my query!!!4 replies

Fraudsters!
My contract ended in August, I cancelled it before then buy you are still billing me??? I have been calling your call center non stop and they are as useless as the network. Cancel my contract and expect me to be moving to a network with better agents. Useless!!!3 replies
